"服務：特別好！在北海最後一天怕下雨沒帶傘，前台小姐姐借了我一把雨傘，實在太實用了！
環境：很美，小院裏的泳池太適合拍照了，老闆還養了可愛的貓咪，三花個頭不大，但是很活潑，好有趣！還有一衹安靜一些，白白的，也很好看！
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，吃早飯的地方會有點蒼蠅多，看到老闆有用粘蠅板，海邊的房子蚊蟲多也難免，前台提供驅蚊水，建議進屋前噴一噴！
設施：我去的時候是淡季，在暴雨中到的酒店，就沒去泳池多溜達，暑期旺季應該很熱鬧。"

"位置:民宿位置很好找，門口有多個劃線停車位，方便停車。距離銀灘走路3分鐘左右，民宿隔壁有花園餐廳、租電瓶車店、便利店。離僑港風情街也很近開車5分鐘。點外賣也很方便，直接寫房號能送來。
環境:民宿環境特別好，乾淨，舒服，有公共泳池，有電梯。
房間：挺大的，衞生間也大，私人泳池房的水是一客一換的，浴缸也有一次性浴缸套。洗浴用品一次性獨立小瓶，用着很安心。
服務:老闆人真的特好，給我們推薦美食和攻略。到店前就已經幫我們開好空調了。續住房間會有每日打掃服務。早餐是健康型的。

UUtente ospiteIl capo è molto sincero, molto cosciente, esce a comprare il tè, torna al capo e mi ha guardato dire che sono stato incastrato. Il processo è andato in fretta. Il capo è molto attento a aiutarmi a gestirlo. Sono davvero grato. Prima ho guardato l'attaccatura, ho visto la stanza, l'ambiente e la presentazione delle immagini, I bambini della piscina possono giocare tranquillamente. È anche bello fotografare la carta di notte.

La porta è il piccolo punto di noleggio elettrico, il modo di mangiare, la polvere locale tailandese di barbecue intorno, ecc. Ha anche cuochi che possono essere trasformati. UUtente ospiteMy recent stay at HaiXuan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze.
The location was perfect, with easy access to beach.Everthing was very clean and brand new, What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They even transfered us train station for free. If one day i return Beihai i will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend HaiXuan to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

UUtente ospiteGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave.
Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

Two teenagers help with maintenance and are learning on the job (it took a week of messaging back and forth for them to realize that the shower in the bathroom was indeed not working properly). For some reason it was not possible to get a clean foot towel exchanged daily. . The room could not be locked from the inside ( the lock was broken) . There is a kitchen (breakfast is included ) but they tend to overcharge for a simple meal. Might work for families with small children.

UUtente ospite因為帶着小孩，所以都是選看起來比較乾淨衞生的，酒店真的很乾凈廁所也是看起來很乾凈，房間沒有多餘的裝飾，很整潔，也沒有異味，樓下的泳池也蠻好的，有遮陰，早餐雖然比較簡單但是應該是店主弄的也很清爽，唯一不足的就是對於我們人多的來説曬衣服的位置不夠，其他都挺好的！！！

UUtente ospiteThe guesthouse is at a great location, right on the beach and a great spot to enjoy the sunset. It is also on the border of the village, so there are many restaurants and small shops nearby. Right next to the guesthouse it is possible to rent an e-scooter, which makes it easier to discover the island. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, and they arranged free transportation to and from the harbor.
The guesthouse has a great atmosphere and a bit of an outdoor feeling; partly because the room has an outdoor “living room” and partly because inside the room the floor is made of small white pebbles (stones). Although the room has everything you need and was nice and clean, it still has a glamping feeling to it. Breakfast was not included, but I could order some noodles from them, which were very tasty.
All in all it was a great stay (especially for some days to unwind and relax) and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

CCarlosThis hotel is convenient because they provide free transport both from and to the dock. It is located near most touristic spots in the island, including a small but nice museum about corals. A few steps away there is a long beach with clear water (when not in low tide) and a nice sunset. There are also lots of restaurants, shops and activities. You can also rent a electric bike from the hotel and explore the whole island. At least one of the rooms has a nice sea view. I missed a mosquito net but other than that, no problems.
