Clean and well-maintained, with everything you need. The hot water supply was excellent, and the lady were patient, friendly, and welcoming. The experience exceeded our expectations, making for a very comfortable and great-value stay—thank you! We did hear the parrots whistling past several times like an F1 car in the middle of the night, and initially thought the soundproofing was just okay. However, in the morning we realized that a window behind the curtains had been left slightly open for ventilation, so it wasn’t really a problem. We were also impressed with the room’s heating—sleeping warm and cozy even on frosty mornings, when our car’s windshield was covered in ice.

I did not expect that the hotel is actually in the distance good for walking including visiting Botanical Garden.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood on a hilltop. Nice place to stay, near the heart of the CBD. Good view.

We had an amazing stay at Discovery Parks! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Everything was well organised, and we truly felt relaxed throughout our stay. Good location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.

Not bad hotel. But there were no tea bags, no milk. Cutlery looks extremely poor. All was from different set, some from hiking set. Also a lot of dust on the bathroom lights. To fix these problems will cost almost nothing, but it will improve the impression. And the final problem is parking. If you return late, there will be no parking place for you.

酒店環境特別好，靠近湖邊，免費停車，車子可以停在房間門口，房間裏面裝潢一般，有點簡陋，但是早餐很不錯，需要自己在菜單中點一份，我們點了價格最貴的一套，超值！但是廚房要現做，要等很久，時間緊的，可以先派人提前去點餐，再回去收拾行李退房。

Abbiamo prenotato e siamo stati sorpresi perché nessuna foto mostrava chiaramente l'esterno del motel, la principale foto è del sito storico di Port Arthur. Siamo arrivati tardi, quindi abbiamo lasciato le chiavi per noi. Alcuni miglioramenti sarebbero buoni, ma la risposta del personale era tempestiva, amichevole e precisa. Abbiamo avuto tre camere, tutti erano felici, era un posto dove andare a letto le nostre teste per la nostra notte scorsa prima di volare a casa.

Great location, clean and cozy I forgot to submit the ID for the check in progress but they are very helpful and help me to process although it was late (flight delay coz us reached at midnight) Really appreciate it.
