Hotel 2 stelle a Songpan

Hotel breakfast was average as it is not buffet style and you don't have a choice. Rooms are clean and they change the towels everyday, Owner was very nice and sent us to the railway station on day of departure.

Looking for a decently priced hotel and lovely service hotel close to Huanglong Station? This is it. Hotel is owned by a friendly family and they are very helpful. They cannot speak English but the daughter added me on WeChat to communicate about what I needed anything. She also guided me through the process of what to do to be able to watch English movies. The hotel is neat and clean, and facilities are decent. The bed is cozy and comfortable, with an electric blanket. I was invited for a hotpot dinner, though I wasn't able to go. I requested breakfast on the day I left and they were more than willing to accommodate me - the breakfast was delicious! Yummy noodles. The owner dropped me at the station in time. There are a few shops (supermarkets and restaurants) within walking distance from the hotel. There is a comfortable lounge area where free tea is available, and some snacks can be bought at reception. It has a nice view (especially if it's snowing). There's a river directly outside of the hotel that can be walked along. I also saw a park area. The hot water was a bit of problem, as it didn't warm up fast enough, then would suddenly go ice cold - so perhaps not great in winter. If this problem is fixed it would definitely be a good place to stay at to be closer to the station. Overall, the service and hospitality was great and I would definitely book this hotel again.

Location is only a fifteen minute walk along the river to the ancient city. We were given a large room when we arrived but it turned out in the cold winter it was better to ask for a smaller room as the air conditioning could never warm up the large room. We were then transferred to a smaller room but it was still cold. Luckily there was a heated blanket on the bed which kept us warm in the night. Breakfast which we had was enough with eggs and buns and tea.

Overall, good place! Location is convinient for,transportation to Huanglong Scenic Area and High speed train station. Besides, the primary wild mountain forest is surrounding the village, the forest is full of wild animals, furthermore, different mushroom species can be discovered there, so, collectively, those features the tracking is unbelievably interesting. Breakfast was simple, ******* tea and bread, but enough to keep body warm. However, rooms shall be cleaned much better, but still acceptable to stay there. Owners were very friendly and pretty helpful to navigate us, the free transfer to high speed station was provided as well.

I can really recommend the Hostel if you want to travel through Aba and take the train from Chengdu to Songpan. When you arrive at the railway station, you can take a Didi for a bit more than 10 yuan and will get dropped off at the main road. From there walk about 100 m up the small street, take a right turn and pass the gate to arrive on the property of the Hotel. There is a beautiful garden and they serve local breakfast for 10 yuan per person. The hosts speak some english and are really kind. I can recommend to take a walk to the ancient city and head up the stairs to the Weiyuan gate, which has an amazing view and is worth the climb. For the way back you can either go back the same way or go a bit further to the road, which is longer distance but effortless walking.

房間大小還不錯，原木風，房間有個地台，名宿整體環境還行。 衞生：房間地台我個人覺得不太乾淨，好處是為朋友出行提供了玩耍的地方。 設施：衞生間是一次性毛巾和浴巾以及洗髮水沐浴露，但是！今天早上沒冷水，房間網速太慢，而且房間空調有異響。 服務：民宿有高鐵接送服務，還是很讚的。 最後這邊距離古城遊玩不方便，如果衹是需要一個過渡的地方可以住，如果是遊玩還是建議住古城。
