From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life. The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera. They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks. What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home. 強力推薦！屬於目前為止，住的最好的民宿了。倒不是因為民宿的設施，而且老闆的服務態度。做民宿的能本着一切為顧客服務的理念，這種着實不多，大部分衹是提供個住宿而已。 老闆很熱情，學旅遊管理相關的出身，算是科班的，服務客户的理念應該源於此。 松莊民宿不多，但也有幾家，這家應該是性價比最高的一家。位置很好，離小橋流水走路二十幾秒，設施還可以，房間夠住，價格實惠。設施比他好的，不如他位置好和實惠，比他便宜點的不如他服務好。 飯菜口味也很好，江浙菜口味。單純到松莊遊玩也可以到他家吃飯。 村莊很小，遊客不多。尤其晚上很安靜。適合放空。 去松莊的路彎道雖然多，但還比較好開，值得一去，楊家堂個人感覺一般（除了兩棵大樹），松莊和陳家鋪屬於松陽風景比較好的兩個地方。如果不是離江蘇太遠，都想每年夏天去住一次。 特別提醒，一定要注意蠓蟲！以前從沒見過這種小蟲子，咬起人來比蚊子兇猛十倍，奇癢無比，且持續時間很長。建議長衣長褲或噴驅蚊水。

Siamo arrivati ​​piuttosto tardi quel giorno e la maggior parte dei ristoranti del villaggio era chiusa. La padrona di casa ci ha accompagnato a cercare un posto dove mangiare. La camera era pulita e luminosa. L'aria condizionata era potente e la trapunta era traspirante e confortevole. Di notte era silenziosa e la camera era ben insonorizzata, quindi ho dormito bene. Excellent hotel with wonderful owner. She guided us well to visit small red cliff for watching beautiful sunset. She gave a lot of snacks and also oranges during stay and also when we left home. she kept snacks on the door. i attach some pictures.

Very nice hostel with very friendly host. The room was very large and clean, with everything you need. Breakfast in the morning is very good and filling. The hostel is less than 10min walk from the tourist centre and there is a direct shuttle to and from Lishui station (takes about 1h) which made it very convenient. From the tourist centre there is also a bus that takes you to the main sights and back. The host helpfully explained what route to take including how to walk up through the village to the viewing platform instead of taking the cable car. Even though the tourist centre is very close, the host took me to and from there each time. I also appreciated his willingness to share his stories with me, I enjoyed learning more about his businesses and background.
