Important Details • Pool & hot tub heating: $175 first night / $65 each additional night (36 hours’ notice required; hot tub heating unavailable June–August when the chiller is running). • Early check-in (11am): $375 (when available). • Late check-out (6pm): $375 (confirmable 3 days before arrival). • Pool floats: A few provided; guests welcome to bring their own (we recommend Amazon’s 4-in-1 hammock float). • Pool house not included in rental.
