Grim. Burnt out electrical wall socket. Last occupants soap and shower cap still in shower. Dirty. Mouldy. Toiket flush broken. Toilet bi fold door hinges broken. Bed old, dirty knackered and uncomfortable. Room walls not painted - looks like base coat whitewash applied by drug user on a bad trip. No towels provided. No bin provided. Shower head hanging as fixture broken. Shower only giving cold water - adjuster broken. Room door handle screws coming out - handle loose. Occupants from neighbouring room entered uninvitied! Tv not working. No signal no remote. All in all total disaster. Nice if you are homeless - not nice if you are a paying guest! Avoid.

Just in mind that there is no step-free access to the hotel, also no lift to the room.
The electricity socket was burned and I am afraid that there might be a fire factor.
I choose this room only because price.

Horrible experience: I booked the room at 9.40 pm (they mention the checkin should be before 10 pm) and could not connect with them on call before 10 pm. Reached the space at 10.15 pm, and stood there for 1 hour but no one opened the door or call. Trip.com customer care also tried to contact and couldn't get through. Returned back to the airport at 11.30 pm. Worse they disagreed to refund.

Absolutely hell hole. Very smelly pub, untidy, not alot of water pressure in the rooms, rooms run down. Tele don’t work, bed is old tatty and very nasty. The shared toilets etc are a health hazard. Would avoid at all costs unless the smelly guy that’s running it gets a few quos behind him and modernises the place, cleans it up and takes pride in the establishment. The place needs closed down as a b&b/hotel/guess house. Sorry for the bad review but there’s no need for the state of the place.

I’m begging you do NOT stay here. This hotel has horrible, racist staff and horrible customer service. I booked a double room with a self contained toilet and when I arrived was turned away after paying. The hotel had apparently double booked itself and there was no room available. I was then offered a single bedroom with a shared bathroom despite this not being what I paid for. After the back and forth I decided to leave and receive a refund (as recommended by the hotel). Upon doing this I couldn’t believe the abuse I received. The hotel rep was shouting and lying suggesting I was offered an even nicer double room, which obviously wasn’t true considering the fact that they themselves said they were fully booked. I told him I planned on reporting and he asked if I was “African” stating that nothing can happen to him since “an Asian man is ruling”. I was appalled and so offended by how crass he was. They are now refusing to refund me based on this lie. Please save yourself the trouble.

On arrival at around 5:30pm I had to wait an hour as the person doing the check in wasn’t there. When finally shown my room I was shocked - tiny, stained sheets on the bed, masking tape hanging off the door frame where it was being painted (lovely smell of paint), no towels, tea bags in a pot, but no kettle or cup. At least there was a tiny tv. Communal bathroom was horrible. The “all day” food and drink facilities stopped around 6:30 pm, so I had to water out of the tap in the bathroom. The owner(?) even asked to borrow my phone as I was leaving… AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

I have reported this hotel to health & welfare/safety department of uk!! Unsafe & sketchy!!dog feces, blood splatter, used qtips, dirty!! No door key because lock broken due to someone kicking in the door!! DONOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOU LIFE!!
