Eurohotel Katrin Hotel & Bungalows

Just returned from a week break staying at hotel Katrin. Travelled as a family of 5 and we had a fantastic week. The staff at the Hotel are very helpful and a special mention to Ibrahim who works his socks off at the pool bar everyday. We arrived late at night and were provided with food and drinks set aside by the hotel for us which was nice. The room was clean and good size. The food in the restaurant is the one of the best in terms of choice and quality I've stayed in and is just as good as a 5 star hotel, my kids are fussy eaters but they enjoyed the food and there was plenty of choice each night. The beach is also only a 5 minute walk away which is ideal. It was my sons birthday while we were here and the restaurant staff done him a birthday cake which he enjoyed. They also put together a packed lunch for all us for one of the excursions we booked Thanks to all the staff for a brilliant week, I would definitely recommend this hotel

,we've been to this hotel a few times staff are great rooms comfortable and the foods good , Our only concern is the tiled floor around the pool & stairs leading to pool bar very slippery Our daughter fell in may this year and grazed her back on the stairs reported accident to hotel and Jet2 rep , we've just returned and nothing has changed 3 people fell whilst we were there 2 on the stairs to the pool bar Very wet & dangerous , the hotel is in a good location as I said earlier goods staff are great shame about the pool area

This is the worse holiday I have had to start we paid upgrade to sea view on arrival we complained about this an was told you can see the sea sea over rooftops so don’t pay for seaview the plug in bath never worked we told them man came an took plug we never had bath till we told jet2 rep we could get shower she got plug returned and reception said all fixed we arrived on the Friday this was now Sunday so my wife got bath while I went watch football she phoned me say couldn’t get plug out bath so I said ok we sort it when back at hotel we returned 11-30 pm when I finally got plug out I went on balcony to tell my wife was there about 2 minutes when I walked back into room it was floode from bath I went reception an was told I am here on my own in end he came with mop an bucket to start mopping water floor was still full water when he was leaving I said what are we to do he said come to reception at 7 am an speak to someone at this time my daughter came to see how it was she went down an reluctantly he gave her a room for night for us right by motorway which we got no sleep so I went down 7am to be told no one e in go breakfast at 7-30 then come see about what to do when we went back we was told to pack an they find us a nice room in a hour then lady came with maintenance man to see what happened he was a nasty man shouting an when he left slammed the door the lady from reception basically said there’s nothing wrong with bath or drains it was our fault for pulling plug out bath not sure what else we do maybe get buckets an empty it said you not getting moved no other room they was so nasty and the way we was spoke to was terrible rooms are basic food is same for lunch an evening repetitive an full water when you put it on your plate we went out in end it was that bad we wanted go home after 4 days it was that bad pools was nice barman Denis was a lovely man the only thing that’s 4 star is the 70 euro we had to pay tax for 10 days the water was even coming out drain even with shower

Took my son for 10 days & it had everything we needed. We arrived after midnight and they guided us into the restaurant for food which we were both happy about. Kids pool was decent for him & we never had to fight for a sunbed, we went to the beach everyday until lunch & there was always a few available. Food was pretty good, the homemade pizza was fab and the daily gyros from the restaurant in the afternoon was nice too. I mostly had salad and you could always knock up a decent one from the selection available. The room was pretty nice & it even had a fridge which came in handy for drinks. Being a bloke I’m pretty easily pleased though. All in all / nothing to complain about about at all, I’d definitely visit again.

The standout for this hotel is its staff who could not do enough for you, from reception, bar staff, waiters, chefs and cleaners all fantastic. The hotel itself is basically split in two, the kids pool area and the much more modern active/relax pool. I imagine that the hotel is going through winter renovations with the kids pool area due one. On the first night our air con was not working and the room smelt a bit musty. The next morning I mentioned this to reception and by lunch both issues were fixed but we were also offered a new room which we took and to be honest the new room improved the holiday 10 fold as it was in a renovated part. The food was a bit repetitive but there was always something to enjoy. Overall a great stay and would recommend. Additional don’t pay for the excursions down at the sea front. After taking receptions advice we did it all by local bus and saved £100’s

The hotel is very nice in general. 3 min walk to the beach and there is a pool for families and a pool that is a bit more quiet. We got sunbeds there in the shade even at 11 am. The buffet is especially child friendly but we were a bit disappointed in the meat and fish selection, other than that it was good. The staff was always really fast and good! We‘ve had a very good experience with the barkeeper Denis whose service is great. He‘s really kind! The cleaning service was good too, they always cleaned our room as expected. The staff is great!
