Completely independent experience Warm comfortable rooms with good kitchen and wifi And very quiet Breakfast supplies in room for a basic meal and all major appliances available Short walking distance to centre of town Town is hilly so must be nimble enough to climb many steps- of various heights As well as stairs to unit Manager available for questions and was amenable to a later check out Short but hilly walk to train station

Me, my husband and our friend stayed at the Harbour Guest house for 2 nights for a wedding and had an absolutely wonderful stay. Our accommodation was extremely clean and well kept. You can tell the owners have an eye for detail, I was so pleased with the amenities of the room. And as a woman there was plenty of space and mirrors to get ready which is a huge plus. Our beds were extremely comfortable and they smelled lovely and clean. The space was very bright and open and had a great view of the harbour. I’d would absolutely love to come back to stay at Harbour View Guest House we had such a joyful stay and I would highly recommend to anyone.

The stay with Harbour View Guest House was fantastic! Danielle went above to make sure all was taken care of. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The small touches to our studio were so special. A perfect place for our stay and we loved it! We will be back! It is above the town, on a hill and a few steps inside and out, so those with mobility concerns might ask a few questions to ensure this is right for them. Thank you for a great stay. we only wish we could have stayed here longer in this great studio and gorgeous town!

We stayed at the Harbour view guest house and it was a great experience, the hosts were really welcoming. The studio we stayed in was of a high standard, very clean and well looked after with a sea view. Close to the St Ives, Harbour and all the things you need close by like the local Co-op. Highly recommended. I would like to thank Danielle and her team for a great stay.

Great studio! Close to town and the beach. Studio was clean on arrival and very comfortable, with an amazing view of the harbour. Having off street parking included was a dream. Host was very friendly and helpful in suggesting things to do in the local area. Highly recommended

Liked the fact that it had both a refrigerator and a microwave very convenient especially in the morning Wonderful response from the management agency particularly Daniel answering our question our question. My only real complaint would be about the quality of the furniture, that has to be the cheapest rental furniture ever. Even low quality by Ikea standards. The table and chair in front of the beautiful front window Nothing nothing more than outdoor patio furniture. And I would Suggest Wouldn't be that expensive and get some artwork on the walls and maybe a floor lamp or table lamp Instead of the 2 big bright chandelier. Maybe be more creative and provide some additional shelving or storage area. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but renters need to be aware in order to get that good view you do have to walk up a bit of a hill.

Beautiful location with gorgeous views of St. Ives. Host extremely helpful. Very spacious. Came with assorted fruits, pastries, milk, smoothies for an easy breakfast. Very quiet location. Extremely clean, modern decor.
Great value! Can’t say enough how wonderful this place was!
