Wonderfully decorated rooms, friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, it was a splendid part of our holiday. The swimming pool area was also very good to relax at after a good day at the beach. Buffett breakfast was also good.

The Hotel is decorated beautifully and could be an absolute gem if they had proper management in place Breakfast is a disaster, there is 1 egg station and you que for ages to get breakfast They have trainee staff that don’t really know what is going on The staff work long hours, 5am till midnight The restaurants are very expensive and no real value for money Thank goodness for Eddie and Felicia who gave us great service but management is NON EXISTENT Tried to book the spa and it was fully booked for the entire week

Our family love Shelley Point. Whether you go as a family, or with your partner for a romantic break, or on a friend trip, you are bound to have a good time. We have made so many memories there and will hopefully continue to do so.

We chanced upon this warm, welcoming restaurant downstairs at the hotel purely by accident while looking for accommodation as we were passing thru the area. The manager (Unfortunately cant recall his name as he had no name badge) & staff were unbelievable helpful. Sadly we where not able to stay at this beautiful hotel but definitely next time we will. Our lunch was absolutely amazing and will recommend this restaurant to all of our family and friends. See you guys again soon

5 star accomodation, food was excellent and friendly staff. We celebrated our 22 year wedding anniversary and this place was a hidden gem. The extra touches in the room was most welcome including the bathrobes and slippers.

Facilities are great for kids! The staff are friendly & helpful. The only suggestion is to accommodate for halaal menu or a fully vegetarian. To allow more diverse group of people to enjoy the restaurant.

lovely, contained destination for family friendly getaways. stunning pool and lounging area. the spa is also lovely and cleaning staff were amazing. the restaurants and food was very disappointing, we did not have any good meals during our stay. very little vegetarian options and no vegan menu available...

Hotel itself is almost 5 star beautifully appointed, but the restaurant is disgusting. No apparent management, understaffed with no basic training or knowing how to deal with guests. Breakfast is an absolute shambles. At night the restaurant is a Cattle Baron, chain shocking service and poor food

Really great place for the family! We enjoyed the breakfast and the kids loved private cinema! The restaurants is a great touch, which meant we did not need to leave the resort at all! We will definitely be returning for another weekend!
