The hotel is excellent and situated in a fantastic location. It offers great amenities and services, making it an ideal choice for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!

This BW is an anomaly. Great service and a step above other competitors. We took advantage of their free salad bar and nachos, as well as free beverages. Never have we had this kind of service. Not to mention their free breakfast that compares to no other hotel. An absolute pleasant experience.

The first day was good, the second day I requested that our tub be cleaned and the towels replaced. After a long day hiking we get back to our room to shower/bathe and all our dirty towels were still in a pile, no one cleaned! I called the front desk asking for clean towels and after 37 minutes and having to go to the front desk and was told they already were dropped off, I go back to the room and NO towels, I again went to the desk to be told again they just took them. Again I went back to the room NO towels! I went and knocked on the supply closet door and was handed the towels. Then later in the evening around 10:20 someone started banging on our wall from the supply closet side, this went on for 24 minutes. My granddaughters were frightened! We thought it was staff retaliating being as it was coming from the supply closet. The next day I spoke with the manager and he said he’d look into it. He later told me that the “roofers” came to clean vents and that’s what the noise was…REALLY? Roofers to clean vents at night??? Needless to say I didn’t dare ask for our room to be cleaned again! The manager gave me some cleaner and I cleaned my bathroom, emptied my own trash etc! Thanks, just how I wanted to spend my vacation in a room I spent over $1,000 for!

Checked in at midnight and called earlier notifying them. Went to room which was at least 90 degrees with ac turned off. Asked at front desk if another room was available and he gruffly said NO, sold out. He said, turn the ac on, duh, of course but it took 2 hours of sweating before room was cool enough to go to sleep. Attempted to turn TV on since we couldn't sleep in the heat and it said no service. I traced the cords back and found one unplugged. Fridge was full of previous guest drinks and left over to go food boxes.
Breakfast both days was a disaster. Two attendants were pleasant but couldn't keep up . . . empty fruit bowl, out of yogurt. People still waiting at10am closing were turned away. Front desk clerk said no management was available as it was Sunday. Facility wise, not a bad property but really Poor management.
