Il posto è molto bello, un insieme di case coloniali con giardino e piccola piscina interni, molto molto curata, poltrone e posti per sedersi fuori belli e confortevoli, buona la colazione e un ottimo servizio, sia nelle camere con omaggi anche del frigo bar, sia per l'acqua gasata e non sempre a disposizione e soprattutto per il personale, gentile e disponibile.

We had a blast here at the collector! Got some peace and quiet great food and some well needed relaxation. This Inn has great people employed here very attentive and polite. the rooms are all unique just full of charm. Honestly wish we didn't have to leave and look very forward to our next endeavor at the Collector! Thank you all so much for reducing my stress level lol Chris Stodola

This little gem in St. Augustine is so unique and full of history! The Collector, a small boutique hotel, consists of nine historic houses & buildings, the oldest house was built in 1790 and named after its most famous resident, Prince Murat, who was a nephew of Napoleon Bonaparte. The lobby was originally a general store and the craft cocktail bar was originally the first 2 car garage in St. Augustine. We loved the beautiful gardens which are filled with antiquities and charming nooks and crannies. One city block with 4 centuries of history! There was even a complimentary historical tour of the property. Our room was in the Canova house that was built in 1840. It was a beautifully appointed room with a kitchenette and Nespresso coffee maker. The manager said every room and suite is different but they all have the same amenities. There’s a pool and complimentary bicycles, too! It’s located conveniently in the old town area and restaurants, museums and shopping are minutes away. We dined at the Collage (we highly recommend this restaurant, too!) which was an 8 minute walk. If you’re looking for a unique stay in St. Augustine you will won’t be disappointed (in fact over 65% of their guests are returning guests!). BTW it’s adult only.

We booked three different rooms and everyone in our group loved their rooms. Each was unique in there own ways. The beds were so comfortable. We loved Aubrey, the bartender at The Well. Regina was very helpful in getting the hop on hop off trolley booked for us and with getting us bikes on a couple of occasions. And the pool was fantastic. We used it every day. This property is like nothing I’ve ever seen before and am so glad we stayed here. We will be back!!

We loved every part of this hotel experience. Adults only✔️ Valet parking✔️ Walking distance to everything✔️ Comfortable beds and pillows✔️ Modern shower✔️ Kitchenette✔️Beautiful pool and gardens✔️ Delicious complimentary breakfast✔️Private veranda with comfortable rocking chairs✔️ We will definitely stay here again for our next stay.

Excellent service, very comfortable, clean and quiet, yet walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Historic homes full of charm, beautiful gardens with relaxing pool and nighttime ambient lighting. Fire pits and delicious cocktails. *No screaming children.

We had a group of 9 girls on this first time trip to St Augustine. Staff was very accommodating and always pleasant. It was an expensive stay but the location was perfect and the grounds beautiful. The breakfast was very nice with many choices. Bicycles were available but we did not use them. There are a huge amount of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Definitely a foodie town. The hop on hop off trolley stop is nearby.

5th stay but the last. Great location. Quite. No kids. BUT. Make sure you use ALL the amenities….your charged for them at $80 a night over and above the room high charges each night. Make sure you book a room on aecond floor because if your on the bottom Floor you can hear the upstairs people breathing. They will do nothing about it either when complaining. Has to be under new management because it has definitely gone down hill. You can stay anywhere else for 1/4 of the cost with same or better service. Shop before you stay.

So my husband and I have just spent 2 nights at the Collectors inn based on Tripadvisor excellent reviews. I am a little confused on this whilst I felt the grounds were very lovely and unique our bedroom had several faults including a very loud air conditioning unit and fridge! I understand we were in one of the oldest rooms but for the price we paid I don’t think this was great and needs to be upgraded. The breakfast was shocking I felt like I was in a school canteen with trays and each morning we had to ask for a plate and re fills of certain items. Again for $400 a night I expected so much more from this. A bit disappointed overall.
