There are also several stunning beaches with parking a short drive away detailed in our guidebook you'll receive ahead of your stay.The 4th bedroom is in a separate single-room building on the property (next to the hot tub). It doesn't have a bathroom, but it does have heating / air conditioning.We offer parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is not available, and there is no nearby overnight public parking facility.We do not allow any pets at the property.This isn't a party home; it's in a beautiful quiet, cozy neighborhood with more permanent residents than rentals. In addition to the newly remodeled bathroom inside, the outside shower provides guests the chance to rinse off al fresco upon returning from the beach. Speaking of the beach, this property comes with beach rights, so you will have access to the exclusive, beautiful beach that only neighborhood residents and guests enjoy.
