Great place to stay. Long walk from elevator so make sure to request room close to elevator if handicap guest is with you.

The hotel staff tried there hardest to make ut hassle free but the trip.com is who we had a lot of trouble with it definitely wasnt just enjoy your stay it was 2 hours of waiting and then 2 different booking alot of confusion and very irritating and not worth the hassle

Was super close to a concert venue at the Gillioz theatre. Safe and close walking distance.
Really only bad things were that there was not a working ice maker on the 2nd floor. And, i dont know if all rooms were set up the same, but the shower was set up for someone handicapped. Wich is great. Except, the shower head was set up about chest high. So, you had to hold the shower head, wich completely came off while trying to use it. Nice thought, but impracticable with the stiff line that comes from the water source. Will come off again on the next person. A line that is softer would probably keep the shower head from unscrewing. All that said, i would definitely use your facility again.

Not great. This is not the first stay and I was hesitant to do this review but start after start; it’s the same. Rooms are never ready at check in. Sometimes it’s a good two or three goes hours. Then staff is not the most kind when asked if it’s ready even half hour to hour later. We are at the mercy of the place because it’s convenient as our athletes are competing here or across the street. Shower always leaks, there’s cracks in the walls. We pay a resort fee for what?? Ice stayed here at least 10 Times ands never once have I had the room service done. I’ve had to ask for towels. The breakfast bar is not worth the price either. I wouldn’t mind if it was decent but sadly it’s not. I was at a competition here and had to come back two weeks later for another and was having troubles with the site when I hit” pay “ for the room. I called and the lady said “ sorry, we are booked” I said that’s strange as it’s allowing me to book it online multiple options…. She said “wow that’s weird” but offered no help.

The pool was fun. I wished they had a microwave / mini fridge and wish they had cots in demand. The woman who checked us in was very quick, but not very friendly.

Beds are horrible, i have back issues, so after paying for 1 night,i had to pay for another night just to cancel my other stay.And yes they offered me another room that was rentovated,but bed was same,i said its not whether it was a nicer room,it was about the bed.Let me say,the desk people were nice, but the hotel isnt the best.Would i book there again?? NEVER

Our room was not ready for check in when we arrived. They called us around 6 PM to let us know it was ready. Rooms were pretty clean but very dated. Restaurant was almost self serve. Only 1person waiting on tables and he was also the bartender. Tables were not cleaned and wiped off from prior guests. Food was very average at that. Waited 30 minutes or more for refill of tea and lemonade. Had to ask for silverware. Other guest just got their own. Staff we dealt with was not all that friendly. Coffee shop staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend eating in coffee shop not restaurant. Feel a few changes need to be made.
