Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There are many attractions like the aquarium at bass pro, downtown springfield, stadiums and springfield lake where you can paddle board and kayak. The place has free WiFi included and half bathroom in the pool area.. We can definitely accommodate more than 11. There is a total of 10 beds in total . We have 4 bedrooms; 3 twin bunk beds( 6 beds) , 3 full size beds 1 king size bed and 3 comfortable couches prefect for a family gatherings. Two common areas. TV’s in almost all bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen for cooking and baking ware.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Pets must stay outside only on fenced yard..About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No Parking on front grass as the city of Springfield doesn’t allow that.
No party or events which is against the rules of STR..Garbage must be taken to the garbage bins outside.,No smoking allowed or vaping inside the house. No pets on the pool or on the furniture.. pick up after your furry baby on fenced in yard..About checkIn:Check in after 5:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
