I really like the location of the hotel, it’s closed to shopping more and restaurants. It’s 10-minute away from the spring field metro station, but the hotel offers complimentary shuttle to send you to the metro station or pick you up from the metro station. It saves a lot of trouble of car rental, as finding parking lots in the city is not fun. The breakfast is good, there are quite a few selections of food and drinks .

Great value for the buck. Darn clean, in good repair, friendly staff. Parking could be better but overall exceeded my expectations

Pretty nice room with the exception of some Cosmetic things could be fixed but wouldn’t stop me from staying there again

Since the water heater was not working, we were diverted to the Comfort Inn next door. We didn't get to stay at the hotel we booked. The Comfort inn was somewhat worn and shabby in places. I don't know if the Wyngate was better or not.

outdated hotel..and definitely uncomfrotable to stay

The hotel itself was exactly what I needed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needed a little repair here and there but it was enough for me.

Excellent service from friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The property itself is definitely past its prime.

Hotel cleanliness is good, I can tell it was renovated therefore it's in good shape. Hot breakfast was good. I forgot my wallet behind and hotel returned it as soon as I called. Only thing is that I'm used to say hi to everyone living in the south, and most of front desk staff barely said hello back to me.

It was very nice and quiet the bed was comfortable. But there ceiling had a hole in it above my bed, also the bathroom has no ventilation so the paint on that ceiling was peeling. Also I found a burn hole in my comforter. Other than that it was a nice stay and the cleaners were very attentive.

The staff were helpful and professional. The check in system was down and I could not check in. The staff explained what was happening with the system and can looking for me once the system was back online. The facility and room was clean.

It was close by the mall. I had to request another room because my room 308 had bedbugs.

Very nice and convenient facility. The beds are wonderful! I gave it 4 stars because a very loud party jolted me awake at 2:00am by banging on the next door over then partied loudly for 2 hours. Not really the hotel's fault and I did fall back asleep before I was angry enough to call the front desk. Good coffee too.
