I was required to pay an $80 CASH deposit at check in or no room. I was told their A** was available for cash if needed. They had an inexperienced young woman who needed assistance that was not given. The manager sat on her butt an yelled instructions instead of showing her how to do things. I was afraid to sit on the bathroom stool for fear of it breaking loose and being charged for damage. It also had mold around the base with an object of some kind lying nearby. There was sealant with mold around the water spout. The outside tub wall was so high it needs a warning marker. The heat/air unit had duct tape to hold its housing in place.

Clean and quiet. Was disappointed that the breakfast was not available. Also the pool was shut down

Very friendly the room a little small. The beds were a lil hard. It had friendly staff. It was clean

Hotel doesn’t have breakfast like stated on the website or pool upon checking in went to shower and it was roaches crawling up the wall and behind the microwave went to the front desk to report it and the employee stated they would need to come check the room after he checked the room he said it wasn’t roaches because he didn’t see anything. We asked to be switched to a different room and that room was also nasty and had bugs all over the floor that was dead we asked for a refund and he stated he couldn’t give a refund because he was not a manager and that we would have to wait till the manager come in the next day. We had to check out of the hotel at 12 o’clock at night and find another hotel because it was so nasty called the next day for a refund and they stated that they couldn’t give us or do anything about it because the manager was out of town. This is a do not stay hotel.

Was greeted by a messy lobby, went to check in and they asked for a 80$ cash deposit, had to use the a** they had on site to get the cash out, went up to our room, we found a large urine stain in the fitted sheets and a large red stain going down the side of the mattress into the disgusting stained bed skirt, the next morning as we were getting ready to leave the staff came around at 11:05 am banging on all the doors on our hallway yelling “checkout! It’s time to checkout!” We then hurried out and never to be back! 0/10 stay

My items were thrown away from my room whale I was out for breakfast. The GM offered no compensation and proceeded to tell me that by taking my valuables out of the room I stereotyped the housekeeper for assuming she would steal. Which turned out to be true because she went in my room while I had not checked out. The place had roaches and the linen was dirty. I am filing a complaint with better business bureau

I prepaid for the room. When we got there, the guy wouldn’t give us a room. He wanted us take money out of his A** and pay him a cash deposit of $80. Which was more than I paid for the room. I have never heard of this and was not told ahead of time I needed to do this. I would have never booked if this were case as its very sketch. I would have gladly put a card on file. Our card wouldn’t work in the A** at first so we had to call the Uber back. Finally, their A** worked and charged us a fee to take the money out. If we had another option at this point, we would have taken it. When we went to check out the next morning they treated us like criminals checking our room. I knew getting a cheap room was possibly going to come with some issues but I had no idea it would be like this. Never again

The room was dirty. Sheets not changed, cigarette butts in the couch. Ghetto-acting staff yelling at customers. $80-100 CASH deposit for your room. I would skip this one.

HORRIBLE. Ive stayed at several different Baymont Inns and have never had a bad experience till I stayed at this one. Very rude staff at the front desk. $80.00 CASH deposit required before check in. Pool was not open. No continental breakfast. Fitness center was closed also. I went back to the front desk to ask why the pool was closed and no breakfast, the employee at the front desk was "too busy" on her cellphone! She knew I was standing there, she did not acknowledge me at all and only focused on her cellphone. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!
