It is an elegant hotel and the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Bertz for helping us out on transportation around Brisbane city. The hotel room was designed beautifully with the gold and white colour tone. It’s also quite spacious and well-cleaned by housekeeping.

The hotel was very clean and spacious, the staffs were nice and friendly. The location was convenient, within walking distance to CBD shops and transport.

Nice new hotel, recommend it to my friends. People are nice to help. Lots guests but still managed well. Few safeguards at front door, that’s not usual in AUS hotels, but good.

Quick overnight stay. Close to everything we needed. Neat and tidy. Amazing customer service. Great breakfast with real coffee! A huge thank you to housekeeping for finding my jewellery box and handing it in to reception. Your honesty and integrity mean the absolute world to me. Well done 👏

Perfect location, super lovely and service oriented Staff. Delicious breakfast and beautiful big rooms. Definitely the best choice when in Brisbane
