Guest access * Guests will have access to the entire house (except the garage and locked sheds/cabinets). * No contact check-in. **Access via personal smart lock entry code. * Boat Docks on property line. *The boat slip is available for boats up to 20'. * 3 seater canoe, 4 seater paddle boat, a few life vests are available (The canoe paddles are in the boathouse shed). *Fishing rods and outdoor games are also located in the shed on the side of the house. You will need to bring additional fishing supplies. *By booking you agree to the liability waiver to use our non-motorized watercrafts. * Max 6 cars parked on-site.
