Ramada by Wyndham Spokane Valley

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. There was NO stay over service. We had to chase down fresh towels. Breakfast was okay, unless you want hot food.

Our room filthy with hair everywhere and nasty film and dust on all the surfaces. The floors had not been swept/cleened and the sheets were stained. The bathroom was nasty. The trash cans had new liners in them thats all. The very apologetic man at the front desk offered to ove us to the only other room large enough for our family. It too was not dirty in the similar way only not as extreme. Since we had no were else we could go we had to take it and clean our way through it to make it bearable and comfortable. Thank God we travel with lysol and disinfectant wipes and paper towels! We were told we could not get a discount on the room. Please note the gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and helpful. But without receiving a discount for this major inconvenience,, we will never stay at this Hotel again.

Room was dirty and dusty. Had a used bar of soap left in the shower. Coffe pot was dirty and didnt work.

Dirty bed sheets and comforter safe box not workin You can tell this place is alotbof repairs. From outside the window screens are almost falling. Front desk was friendly. In our first room the fridge was not working, toilet stinks covered by airfreshner but still smells bad. We were moved to next door. Bed sheets, comforter, and the cover have blood stains and marks of dirty. I called the front. Guy said they dont have clean comforter and sheets he said he have to wash and dry it himself but stayed 2 night and it didn't happend so we didn't bother asking. Also, we found out the safe was broken. Called the front and he tried to replace it but still not working. He went back to front office and called me just to say they don't have the master key anymore and told me he can't help me with it. Very was very dirty and air-condition is loud. My wife begun scratching seems like a bed bugs or tick rashes on arms and legs. Another thing is, we left the tv on when we left because we suspected someone will come. When we're back the tv was off. We are very worried that our passport will be stolen. No safety box. Bed is not level. Shower was not hot. Breakfast was basic. No scrambled eggs just a hard boiled. Pricey. Definitely not staying here anymore and will never recommend according to our experience.

Our stay was great! Very nice place and great people. Loved the breakfasts. Large bathrooms

It is ok. But it is not up to the standards of other Wyndham we had visited.
