"La stanza è stata pulita e ben mantenuta con una vista bella, completamente attrezzata con tutte le attrezzature necessarie. L'unico piccolo incidente è che, dato che l'hotel è situato vicino al porto, c'era un po' di rumore (almeno al primo piano dove sono rimasto), ma non era intenso o particolarmente turbante."

"Non sono sicuro di cosa possiamo aggiungere che non è stato detto. Tina è un ottimo ospite. Ha spiegato dove andare a trovare e niente era troppo difficile. Il colazione è eccellente, succo d'arancio fresco e bacon e uova, così come molte favolose opzioni dolci e deliziose fresche. La nostra camera è stata aggiornata a causa di una cancellazione e abbiamo avuto un balcone più grande che guardava la strada principale (che guardava bene il cavallo e i carri passavano), abbiamo assunto un ATV per il giorno proprio al di là dell'hotel e abbiamo avuto un grande giorno per esplorare l'isola (40 €). Noi rimarremmo qui.Grazie Tina 🤗"

"I was very disappointed with this hotel. I had high expectations because of its central location and the beautiful photos online. We chose a Deluxe Room, which looked much nicer and more spacious in the pictures, but unfortunately the reality was quite different. Considering the price we paid, we definitely expected a much higher standard. There is virtually no service, no breakfast, and not even the option to have breakfast at the property. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the cleanliness. On two separate occasions we found very large insects in the room, and the second time we even discovered another one under the bed. This made us seriously question the overall level of cleanliness. The room was also quite dark, with only small windows. We could not really keep them open because only one small window had a mosquito screen, while the others did not. In addition, a dog in the neighbouring house barked throughout the night. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, which made sleeping very difficult: either you turned it off and the room became too hot, or you kept it on and had to deal with the constant noise. Overall, our experience was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel, as I believe there are much better options available in the area for the same price."

"We had a great experience at Yayaki very recently. I had known the island a few years ago and wanted to return in a place "at home" where I could visit the island with trust, care and best advise from a local team! this is the best (and quite unique) place in Spetses to feel so comfortable while still with "Greek belonging". Kark, Hannah and the staff (great staff! both for cleaning, cocktail making or just chatting :-)) are great listeners and always find a solution. The breakfasts are perfectly balanced (i miss the greek yogourt in a glass pot already), the bar attendance till 11:00pm is really nice, the pool vegetation absolutely lovely. The low number of rooms make it a quieter and more confidential space where you can interact like home. I would recommend to go for the suites to get the nicest opening to the pool and city (and sea!) as they have terrace and large balconies. Yayaki is perfectly located, walking distance from the old harbour, from the new Port with shopping area and 10min walk from Paradise nearest beach. All in top experience, thank you team for hosting us and see you next year!"

"We stayed in this marvelous hotel, which is perfectly located near Dapia. It consists of separate residencies, that are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We especially thank Mr. Dimitris at the amazing sea front breakfast area, who made our mornings feel like we were guests of a welcoming friend. The hotel has the best pool, big and deep, great for swimming, with additional shallow pool for little children. We are definitely coming back!!”"
