Private outdoor heated pool, spa, & turf paradise! We have a waterfall, waterslide, deck jets to cool off on the hot days! We have a pool house bathroom with pool toy storage for the outdoor fun with outdoor grill, and dining. Outdoor fire pit. Large/open indoor kitchen, dining, & family room. The pool will not be offered heated with the nightly pricing from November to end of February. This can be done for additional fees. We do have a long term tenant that lives in separate unit that is set up to leave it very private for both guests and tenant. Privacy fence is in place and the tenants home is detached from the main home. The entire backyard is for guest use and is private.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Pack and play in closet..About customRules:Please be aware we have outdoor cameras around the exterior premises. This is for protection of private pool usage..Pool cover needs to be open before water features are turned on. Great stay, would recommend! Owner was immediately responsive to questions we had. Comfortable beds. Appreciated the spices and other basics that were stocked in the cupboards. Hot tub and pool were awesome!

Family stay Location: conveniently located near Moab outdoor activities. The pool is a must-need necessity and is desired after a long day in the hot sun. However, there is another accommodation rental on the property (in the same building as the pool bathroom), whose access to the pool is only separated by one unlockable gate. The accommodation seemed to be a long-term rental. At night, the rooms can reach uncomfortable temperatures and seem inaccessible by both the central air and the additional unit in the kitchen/living room. The accommodation is up-to-date and modern, with a kitchen that is well equipped to meet any culinary needs. All towels (and pool towels) and sheets were well provided and clean. Most importantly, the host is very responsive, kind, and ready to meet all our needs. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but we would have preferred additional warning about the other onsite rental in advance. We would gladly stay again and would recommend it to families visiting the Moab area.
