"Wow where do I start! We had our wedding at the Woodlands Hotel this weekend and it was perfect from the moment we got there Friday to set up until we left on Sunday after breakfast. Gan and his team couldn’t have done enough for us, it was all organised and everything we had asked for had been done without us having to ask. The team were accommodating to all of our guests and everyone commented on how perfect the day had gone. We will never be able to thank Gan and his team enough for all they have done to make our wedding day one of the best days of our life. Definitely recommend and we will be back! Thank you all!"

"Questa mattina è stata una prenotazione di soggiorno non pianificata che ha rotto un viaggio di 6 ore. Questo soggiorno pub era a 2 ore dalla nostra destinazione. La camera è bella, solo a terra è caldo perché è un giorno caldo che non è colpa dei pub. Purtroppo non hanno alcuna disponibilità sul nostro viaggio di ritorno che avremmo lasciato il nostro soggiorno un giorno prima sulla costa per avere un fermo di ritorno sul viaggio a casa."

"Fantastic location right in the centre and not far from the train station. We had a great room with a private balcony, if only the weather was more kind to us ! The property was really clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast is very minimal, but enough to send you on your way , the breakfast bap was lovely on both mornings. We ate in the restaurant on both nights, the first night was fantastic but on the second night the fish was not great...it looked like it had come out of a frozen packet. The sticky toffee pudding was gorgeous. The bar was always busy, which is a good sign, with a lovely seeting area out the front. If we were staying in the spalding area we would definitely stay again as it was very good value booking direct with the hotel."

"We had our wedding at the Woodlands Hotel on 28th June this year. Right from our first meeting with Gan, he could not have been more helpful. This also goes for the rest of the hotel staff. All guests commented that it was a perfect wedding. Every little detail is taken care of by a very professional Gan and his team. Nothing was left to chance. Thanks Gan and your team for making it a day to remember!!"

"My friend and I stayed at The Mansion House Hotel when we attended a concert at The Sandringham Estate. We arrived early, (we had contacted Sam earlier to check this would be ok) and received a very warm welcome. Both Sam and her husband were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Our rooms were very clean and beautifully furnished. Breakfast in the morning was substantial! I had some of the choices from the variety of continental options as well as poached eggs on toast. Nothing was too much trouble...Sam made sure gluten free options were available. On arriving home, I realised I had left a couple of items behind and Sam very kindly posted them the following morning! We will definitely stay again when we return to the Peterborough area!"

"Mio marito e io abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno al Lione Rosso, che il personale amichevole e accogliente ha fatto meglio. Erano utili, attenti ed efficienti. La nostra stanza era pulita e temperata. E grazie al capo per un bel pasto. Il leone rosso non fa colazione, ma nelle stanze c'è una microonde e un tostapane se qualcuno vuole portare il proprio. Tuttavia, se non vuoi, vai al Caffè Lounge sulla High Street per un bacon buttie. Holbeach è una bella città e un buon punto di fermata in rotta verso le parti di Norfolk. "
