Hotel con spa a Bai Chay

We had an amazing stay at S Villa Ha Long! The villa is beautifully designed with a modern and cozy vibe, perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The area is peaceful and ideal for relaxing, yet still close to cafes and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind and responsive — we truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended and we’d love to come back!

Kevin era assolutamente incredibile! Belle camere spaziali con splendide viste sulla baia e super pulite. 10/10 esperienza, ci ha aiutato con molto di più di quanto aveva bisogno per piacere le raccomandazioni di ristorante, prenotazione di viaggio di giorno e trasferimenti gratuiti da e verso dove volevamo andare a Ha Long Bay. this villa is excellent. Everything is clean. They really helpful there to accommodate you and your family. They have so many cool things for the kids to play and enjoy, close to the beach, the food in the buffet and the restaurant was awesome. We will be back again and again, in fact the whole family really enjoyed this location, the family favourite place of all our travels in the last year. Good job.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is well-suited if you're looking for a good hotel near the harbor for a trip to Cat Ba or for a cruise through Halong Bay. The beach isn't far from the hotel, but it's a bit small. If you prefer a nicer beach or want to stay longer in Halong, you should book a hotel further east of Halong City. One point of criticism is that we weren't allowed to check in much earlier. An additional fee, higher than the price of the hotel room, would have been charged.

The hotel is magnificent and pristine. Staff are wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful. I cannot praise them enough for the work they do. We booked an Executive Suite and it was exactly described, very spacious and well appointed. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced. Excursions and airport transfer easily organised by the staff in minutes. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a large Indian wedding which occupied a lot of the hotel. The Bayview buffet restaurant was off limits to non wedding guests meaning breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were served in the other 2 restaurants and while they were both beautiful places to eat, I felt we were locked out of the ”heart” of the hotel. Certain parts of the hotel grounds were also being used for wedding events and their DJ and music was loud when trying to relax by the pool. However, nothing prepared us for the all-night party that took place last night. Seeing as it was our last evening and we had a 24 hour travel day today, we decided to have an early night. We were initially woken by very loud music well after midnight and it continued ALL night long....the volume reduced slightly just before 6am!!!!!! The hotel is horse-shoe shaped and this event was held outside near the pool so the sound was amplified by the building itself. Certainly not what we signed up for. We feel the hotel should have informed us earlier about the event and at least we could have made an informed decision on whether we wished to stay there or not. I feel we were deceived and didn't really receive the full benefits of this amazing resort.

Hanno anche organizzato per sorpresa, ad esempio, aggiornare la nostra camera per suite e decorazione come è il viaggio di luna di miele. Certamente raccomandato. Per quanto riguarda il trasferimento, la guida è comoda, ma il conducente ha un problema di atteggiamento. Se non ha dato consigli sul vostro viaggio per Halong Bay, si switcherà dal free WiFi n port di carico sul nostro viaggio di ritorno.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel other than it is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in in our life!!! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it is just such high quality we couldnt believe it! Probably the first time I have wrote a review while still staying at the hotel I am that impressed! Before we even stayed AnAn was so kind she let us move our booking as we had visa issues which from the start surprised me. Every single staff member is just above and beyond in kindness. I don't know how the manager has managed to put together such a great team. The play room is perfect for our child. The pool upstairs is from another planet. It's amazing. We would never expect something like this at the price point we payed. But then I guess it's that price for a reason as there is construction outside but that's not the hotels fault so you can't bash them for that and especially at the price point they are charging. They are doing there best with the hand they have been dealt. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in ha long. Just bring ear plugs so you can get a great sleep like I did. It's definitely worth the tradeoff!!! Oh another random note, the lifts are probably the best designed lifts we've seen too! No waiting, insanely fast! Kudos tho whoever did that, also the bathroom is stunning and also bigger than all but one of our rooms at home. A huge thank you to Mui too she is the loveliest lady and done an amazing job on our room every day!

Ho sentito che il bacino di Long Bay è molto affollato, quindi ho fatto una barca di viaggio per la lontana baia di Lanha.Prendi un velo per una barca di ospiti che si ferma sul mare.E'una buona gita, che può visitare efficacemente le attrazioni turistiche. Poiché ho usato la suite, non ho partecipato a tutte le attività, ma ho rilassato su un balcone privato.I passeggeri della suite possono bere un pomeriggio nella loro stanza. Nel ristorante, hanno preparato una tavola tranquilla, separata dalla solita stanza, quindi posso passare un po'di tempo libero.Il cibo è anche delizioso.Ciò che conta è che il personale è molto amichevole e la spiegazione di sicurezza è molto solida, che è una squadra affidabile. Grazie mille, e'un viaggio molto piacevole.Lo consiglio fortemente.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff were amazing—so welcoming and helpful. We came as two families with five children and got four rooms. All the rooms were very clean and well equipped. The location is also excellent—very close to the center and to the boats, which made getting around super easy. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the hotel was with our dietary needs. Since we keep kosher, they kindly let us use their restaurant kitchen to cook our own food. That kind of flexibility and kindness made a huge difference for us.
