It’s always disappointing when your go to motel takes a change for the worse. We’ve been noticing the decline over the past 2-3 years, but it has finally reached a point of no return for us. The motel is exterminated for bed bugs in a few rooms. I’m a hotel manager, I understand bed bugs, but the least you could do is close the curtains so we don’t have to see it! I checked our room, it was clear, but nonetheless, the visibility of the issue made me nervous. Breakfast includes undressed patrons with no shoes and no shirts. It was repulsive. We thought the attendant collecting tickets and refilling the breakfast might say something… NOPE! When we mentioned it they told us they cannot enforce it. Really? Well I bet the health department would love to know you won’t enforce this common sense rule. The place feels dirty, the customer service has gone from excellent to non existent. And again, I’ve spent well over a dozen stays at this Inn. I’ll go somewhere that enforces food safety laws and takes pride in cleanliness and customer service. I can guarantee there’s been an ownership change or management change in recent years. It’s not a good one!

BUYER BEWARE - I booked 2 rooms at this hotel back in January for 2 nights in May using the Semi-Flex rate, which allows cancelation/modification up to 5 days before your stay. I needed to cancel 1 night of my 2 night stay and the price was going to increase from $267 to $392! I am a loyal Hilton diamond member (for 23 years) and I called the hotel to see if there was anything they could do about the significant rate change. I was direted to Manager Jennifer Sheppard who told me there was nothing I could do. I told her that this seemed like price gouging. She proceeded to tell me that I was yelling at her (and my tone was completely civil) and that if I continued, she would discontinue my business. I asked her if there was anyone else that I could talk to because this practice should be illegal!! She said that there was a 2-night minimum; however, no where in my confirmation or initial booking does it state that. When I continued to explain that I felt that this was unfair, she canceled both of the rooms without my authorization. I have never experienced this treatment or such a hugh price increase for a reservation. I am wondering about Hilton in general - is this their new MO?

We like the layout of the hotel, and the room is spacious with a couch and separate sleeping area. We like how there’s a separate toilet from the shower and sink also. It’s great when traveling with a family with little kids. The room was a little dusty and wasn’t super clean, probably needed another wipe down … but okay. The room rate is a bit higher and they do charge for parking … $11. Your stay does come with a nice hot breakfast and coffee. The staff is very friendly and welcoming … from the front desk to the breakfast staff. The location also seems close the hikes. We recommend this hotel … family and kid friendly with super nice staff!

This property is located right off I-90 and Horizon Drive near the Grand Junction Airport. Easy parking (even for large vehicles) quick & professional check-in, nice clean rooms, ample breakfast. It’s a great, solid choice in GJ. Will stay here again.

UUtente ospiteLa receptionista era estremamente utile, gentile e attenta!! Ha notato la mia disabilità e mi ha anche offerto una stanza disabile e ha rimosso il costo del parcheggio 10.00 qualcosa che non sapevo del tutto
Le loro camere sono sempre pulite, belle e niente di più o niente di meno che il viaggiatore avrebbe bisogno!!
Il bar era bello con la musica in diretta, ma ho dovuto attenermi a una barista dopo aver aspettato circa 15 minuti in un bar praticamente vuoto. Margarita era a posto.

EElishaSono rimasto molto soddisfatto del prezzo e della posizione rispetto alle principali autostrade e interstatali. Ero in città per affari e ho dovuto portare mia figlia con me, cosa che non avrebbe dovuto accontentare, ma la camera aveva WiFi gratuito e TV via cavo. L'unico inconveniente è che abbiamo portato il nostro cibo per risparmiare denaro e la camera non aveva un forno a microonde o un frigorifero per mantenere il nostro cibo fresco.
