UUtente anonimo************* almost 9/10 but a bit frustrating is when staying 3D2N but the toilettaries given only for 2D1N. But overall still okay, and satisfied *************. In terms of etiquette or the customer's right, he is paying for How long he will stay so he deserved to get as well as he paid. Anyhow, may improved and maintain all the good service to customers in future.

WWONG FERRISThis was my first time staying at the Frazel Heritage Hotel for a business trip. I booked a single room for RM200++, which I found to be quite expensive, especially since the room had no window. I had a bad experience when my laptop, placed on the table, mysteriously fell to the floor in the middle of the night. The next morning, I checked out immediately after breakfast. My colleague, in a different room, faced a similar issue, with their laptop falling around 11 pm. I hope I won't have to stay at this hotel again in the future. Thanks.

IinayusofI recently stayed at here, and it was exceptional. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning sea views. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay memorable. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway!

UUtente anonimoGrande posizione, una grande varietà di cibo disponibile proprio sotto l'hotel. Il personale è così - così. Devono almeno mettere un segno dove è l'hotel ascensore, zona di ricezione come è tutto compatto in una zona con il lot del negozio. Altrimenti grande soggiorno 👍🏻

UUtente ospiteThis is one of the oldest hotel chain in Malaysia since 1995 if not mistaken, great locations at many major cities and places in Malaysia. Staff is working hard to please guests that’s encouraging indeed. However the only let down of this hotel is the facilities and amenities are not been replaced as owners seemed not interested in refurbishment. This is very sad for me as I do enjoy to stay at Sri Malaysia hotel chain, great location, ample parking space, but the run down facilities indeed a let down. Even breakfast spread is the same over the years, such a low end budget hotel. Hope the owners of this hotel invest and reinvest if not this remarkable hotel chain will slowly wipe out from the Malaysia tourism industry map.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel offers a beautiful, mesmerizing view of the paddy fields. The rooms are super clean and cozy, and breakfast includes a delicious variety of foods. Just across the street, there are many stalls offering a wide range of local dishes. Highly recommended!

i. Nice room with full amenities, i.e. full bathroom utensils, tea-coffee making, iron, hair dryer etc.
ii. Nice spread at buffet breakfast, though little variation throughout our 3 nights stay
iii. Staff were very responsive and seemed eager to serve
Cons:
i. Aircond in bedroom and hot water in bathroom have lives of their own. Its either too hot or too cold regardless of what you do to their controls
ii. Parking was a bit lacking, maybe because we were there over the weekend during the school holidays
iii. I had problem with the wifi every time I went out and had to sign in again with a new password when I return to the hotel, which I had to get from the front office. Please note that my wife did not have that problem 😃
