"Non hanno preso foto di hotel o camere. L'incidente ha iniziato quando il tipo di camera Weve riservato è stato completamente prenotato e si sono aggiornati in camera che hanno detto fosse più grande. Ma quando siamo arrivati, non era il letto della regina come richiesto (letti singoli sono stati spinti in mezzo) e profuma così male come sudorazione o assorbimento e odore corporeo miscelato. Il ricevimento chiamato ci ha convinti, ma purtroppo non potevano sopportare l'odore, chiedendo di nuovo al ricevimento e inviandolo a una nuova stanza che era una migliore, dissero. Era più grande. Il bagno non poteva essere usato dal suo rilascio. Il cibo era buono. Il personale era buono, tutto era buono."

"I have been staying here for more than 7 years. Whenever I come to Bandung, I always choose Favehotel Cihampelas because I already feel comfortable here.
All the staff are very friendly and always respond quickly as well.
The only suggestion I have is regarding the breakfast. Please consider upgrading or adding more variety to the menu, because for almost 5 years the breakfast selection has remained the same without many changes.

"The location is excellent in the heart of Braga, making it easy to explore cafes and attractions on foot. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with a decent variety.
However, the towels seemed overused and had an unpleasant smell even when replaced and there was no iron or ironing board in the room. Overall, still a convenient stay in Bandung, but improvements are needed."

trip with wyn ♡Sono andato a Bandung con i miei amici e ho prenotato questo hotel in meno di una settimana prima. Prima di prenotare, ho fatto una breve ricerca sul miglior hotel situato ai luoghi che avevamo intenzione di andare.
Poiché questo hotel è situato vicino alla zona di Braga, ci sono tanti luoghi e caffè virali che abbiamo previsto di andare.
(circa il tempo trascorso da taxi online)
- 10 minuti a The Deli Bakes Pudak, Prima Rasa
- 11 mins to Theo’s Wife Lois, BAGELICIOU
- 15 minuti a Tji Law 9
E la cosa più importante → solo a 8 minuti di cammino da Stasiu Bandung (da Woosh da Halim → Padalarang; poi muoversi al treno di alimentazione a Stasiu Bandung). Quindi non dobbiamo andare troppo presto dall'hotel.
Il personale è stato così utile, dal check-in in tempo, dal deposito dei bagagli e anche durante il colazione.
Abbiamo trascorso il nostro tempo a Crowne Plaza Bandung. Grazie per l'ospitalità ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🙏🏻

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Bandung. The property is well maintained, the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool, gym, and kids’ facilities make it a great choice for families.
The service is good overall, but there is still room to elevate it to a true five-star luxury experience. Greater attention to detail, more proactive service, and warmer, more personalized interactions would make guests feel even more valued. Small touches—especially for families with children, such as anticipating guests’ needs and offering extra care—can make a lasting impression.
The F&B experience was very good, with a nice selection and quality of food. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location is another major advantage, being just a few minutes from Bandung Train Station and conveniently close to many of the city’s attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants.
Overall, Hilton Bandung offers excellent value, quality facilities, and a comfortable stay. With a few refinements to the service experience and attention to detail, it has all the ingredients to deliver a truly outstanding five-star hospitality experience. I would happily recommend it, especially for families visiting Bandung.

Utente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage con la nostra famiglia. La posizione è eccellente, offre belle viste e aria di montagna fresca. La stanza e tutte le strutture dell'hotel sono state pulite e ben mantenute. Le strutture sono grandi, soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini. Il personale era amichevole, attento e sempre disposto ad aiutare. Il colazione aveva una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose. In generale, era un soggiorno confortevole e memorabile, e ci piacerebbe certamente tornare 🤍

The receptionist misunderstood our room booking, we have booked a Non-smoking room via Trip.com but firstly she insisted us to give us a smoking room. It seemed she did not check it thoroughly the hotel confirmation. We were a bit upset waiting for her to find us a non-smoking room until she found it at last. Hopefully it won't happen to other guests. The hotel is okay, breakfast buffet on weekend was various but on weekday was a little bit disappointed, they just provided a few menus. The location of this hotel is attached to Festival Citylink mall.

Putera Nor DanishThe hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay.
However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all.
The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day.
Pros:

✅ Clean and modern room design
✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment
Cons:
❌ Bathroom leakage issues
❌ Poor water pressure
❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection
Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential.
😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.
