Non mi servirei mai trip.com di nuovo. Qualunque risparmio non mi rimborsano mai dopo il povero servizio che ho ricevuto da ogni rappresentante da trip.com.
Ho parlato con l'hotel che era disposto a lavorare con me su una questione di prenotazione ma trip.com non e mi ha fatto pagare per una stanza che non ho nemmeno usato

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è abbastanza soddisfacente, le camere sono piccole e le strutture sono a posto. Il parcheggio è ampio e gratuito. Non ci sono molti supermercati e posti dove mangiare nei dintorni. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è così così.

UUtente ospiteWe tried many locations for a room for the night when we came into Thunder Bay on a road trip. After 5 hotels said they were full we called the Nor’ Western. Staff were very friendly and helpful from the first phone call to find out if they had a room and they did. Lana in the restaurant was very friendly and so easy to talk to. We are so happy we ended up here for the night before going to Winnipeg. The patio area is beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again.

As we walked into the suite, we thought: what a nice room! It had a kitchen with a table and chairs and the beds of course. Linens were clean and the overall cleanliness of the room seemed great at first glance. The beds and shower head were decent.. As I walked into the bathroom, I noticed dust bunnies in the corners of the room behind the toilet. Not too big a deal. It appeared as though the person renting the room before us had a bit of a poop explosion because there were poop spatters (or what appeared to be) on the wall under the toilet paper roll and door. I attempted to wipe the spatter on the door up... thinking this can't be poop but yes...it was brown in colour. I didn't bother trying to remove the poop spatters from the textured wallpaper. The ice bucket was very dirty with lots of dust and the colander was dirty too. I just made sure to wash it in the kitchen sink with the dish soap that was available before using it. Had I stayed more than one night, I would have brought it up to the attention of the staff but my stay was very brief so I just dealt with it. Would I return? Yes. Breakfast was good, great coffee, clean pool and spa. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool guy took pride in his work. Overall, it was good. Housekeeping just has to pay closer attention to the little things.

YYouleyushengLa posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente, il viaggio di shopping e cena è molto conveniente, la stanza è anche molto grande, le strutture sono più nuove e il letto è anche molto comodo. Il colazione al ristorante sottostante (pagato in altra forma) i bambini hanno ordinato un pacchetto di waffle e champagne, ma non sono andati in champagne. Quando si paga, pensavano che non avremmo mai avuto champagne, ma siamo disposti a pagare il pacchetto?Il circuito cerebrale del cameriere è molto chiaro.

UUtente ospiteC'è un parcheggio gratuito, una piscina gratuita, adatta per portare i bambini, ma a causa dell'epidemia non siamo andati in piscina e in palestra, la colazione in hotel dovrebbe essere ok, ma durante l'epidemia è relativamente semplice, ma il il prezzo è un po' più caro di altri hotel?

JJess CollinsAbbiamo scelto questo hotel come un piccolo soggiorno durante le vacanze di Natale, principalmente per la piscina e la scivola d'acqua, che le mie nipoti avevano un bel tempo in. Abbiamo ordinato da un ristorante vicino alla piscina, che era deludente, la maggior parte dei cibi andavano senza cibo, forse sarebbe stato meglio mangiare dentro. La stanza era buona, abbastanza pulita con le attrezzature che avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo scelto una piscina a fianco dal momento che passato tempo nella piscina era il nostro obiettivo principale. L'hotel offre una tavola piegata e sedie per mettersi fuori dalle porte della stanza sulla copertina della piscina, che era grande. In generale un bel po 'di soggiorno!

UUtente ospiteNot the usual quality for a Wyndham hotel. Very disappointed. Building is an old motel. Entrance and reception area were redecorated quite nicely though. Room was small, shower curtain was filthy, one of the shampoo canisters in the shower stall was missing, was only given one set of towels for two people. There was something on the wall covered in a facecloth, did not dare look underneath the face cloth, peep hole in door was replaced with cardboard, carpet old and stained, dated decor, phone in room did not work, no fridge in room, no breakfast, no elevator. Restaurant in hotel was not open and desk staff was not very helpful in finding a restaurant near by. When we reserved the room we specified that we were looking for a hotel with restaurant inside the hotel they did not mention that the restaurant would be closed. Drunk young man in front foyer of hotel swearing loudly into cell phone for quite some time but hotel staff was not trying to deal with him at all. Would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
