I migliori hotel con spa a Bohol Island

Tutto era perfetto, ma poi durante la brisa di mare si è riempito di acqua perche' anche il gruppo privato ha dovuto cenare al buffet e erano aloooottitt!!! Spero solo che lo organizzano separatamente fuori, perché le loro tavole erano fuori. L'atmosfera all'interno era come nel supermercato. Tuttavia, la spiaggia, la piscina, le camere, il personale sono tutti grandi! Sicuramente ritornerà.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Begonia for 6 nights and 5 days. The room was simply elegant, comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating making us feel right at home. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from Asian and Filipino foods. I love the free tote bag. Thank you so much Hotel Begonia❤️ I would highly recommend Begonia Hotel for my family and friend. Definitely stay here again…❤️❤️❤️

Molto buono per quel prezzo per coloro che non cercano molto comfort. La stanza era troppo buia per noi con la mancanza di luce del giorno. I commutatori di luce erano sporchi - questo è semplicemente per evitare dall'hotel e l'esperienza sarà meglio. Letto pulito, asciugamani e frigo come un plus. È molto delizioso nei loro ristoranti a buon prezzo, ci piaceva molto (filetti grigliati e pesce) rispetto agli altri che abbiamo provato. La reception è molto gentile e attenta. Il modo più vicino alla spiaggia è 10 minuti ma alla fine c'è un resort che costa 100 p ingresso per persona alla spiaggia, come un plus si può utilizzare il bagno e cambiare le camere e le docce. Da questa spiaggia si può andare in qualsiasi parte della linea di spiaggia e godere.

Very nice and secluded place. If you want a quiet and get away from city vibes, this place is highly recommended. Food is soso. Staff is super kind. Massages are nice, good price. View is amazing! Many swimming pools. Beach right infront. There is also a cave, if you like adventure and not scared of deep dark water, the guide will escort you down. Overall, I had one of the most amazing time there. My friend prefers city modern hotels so she liked it less than me. But, I absolutely enjoyed the remote feeling, felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, other people were there but it really wasn't busy. The staff is very accomodating and I really appreciated their kindness. I will miss Mithi. Will visit again if I go to Bohol again. Highly recommend for couples and families who want quiet get away. Because it is away from city, if you want food you have to get it from their restaurant, which is so so. Also, I loved that they had communal shower and bathroom near the pools which was convenient. You can also get beach towels from there too (as much as you would like)! And the buggie takes you everywhere for free anytime. The buggie comes to your door super fast! I haven't tried it, but you can also do Kayak and snorkeling there too. Cup noodles are recommended, you will want to pack as much as you can. I will miss Mithi! Had such a good time there! Also, if you wanna do laps in the swimming pool, there is a bigger pool by the spa.

This hotel was absolutely lovely for the price, very clean, the staff were all brilliant and so helpful always giving us a friendly greeting when we arrived back to the hotel from day trips or meals. The pool area was lovely and the pool bar was great. It was about a 10 minute drive from alona beach but they had tuk tuks available at the hotel all day and the staff also booked us a tuk tuk for 5:30am for a trip. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My stay at the hotel was great. The staff were so nice and friendly, and while there was only one restaurant on site, there was a ***** mall next door with multiple dining options and several souvenir shops. There were some empty storefronts, but these appear to be the lingering effects of the long pandemic shutdown. The grounds and beachfront were pretty and well-maintained, and there is a looong beachfront to walk. The nearby town and Alona Beach were accessible, but aside from doing a city tour and a countryside tour, the latter of which included visiting the Chocolate Hills and the Tarsier Sanctuary, my friends and I felt no need to leave the resort for the rest of our stay. I know the rating should just be on our stay, but the reason I rated Modala less than excellent was because my pre-trip preparations were less than ideal. We needed information on airport transfers and tours in advance of our stay, and communications were an ordeal. So much follow-up was needed, with multiple communications repeating the same questions trying to get responses, and I used phone calls, e-mails, and texts. Phone calls were best, if only you could get someone to answer the phone, as e-mails and texts were mostly ignored. Responses tended to be incomplete, but at least on a phone call you can keep ”clarifying” your question. In the end, some questions were left till we arrived at the resort, and could speak to them face to face.

We stayed at Henann Tawala Hotel for a week upon arriving in Bohol, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, living up to its 4-star rating. Upon arrival, the staff were very attentive—our bags were handled, and we were offered breakfast while our early check-in was expedited. One thing to be aware of is the 3,000 pesos per night damage deposit. If paid by credit card, any charges, such as room service or drinks at the swim-up bar, are deducted from it, with the balance refunded after checkout. The breakfast area is beautifully presented, with friendly staff who greet you warmly. After giving your room number and surname, you’re escorted to a table. However, we noticed some inconsistency in service—on some days we were offered coffee or tea, while on others we weren’t. There were also times when water wasn’t provided, so we ended up with double servings after fetching it ourselves. Consistency in service would enhance the experience, but the self-service station for coffee, water, and juices was convenient. Breakfast options were excellent, with plenty of variety to suit all preferences. Everything was well-prepared and delicious. One small issue was being asked to leave a yogurt behind when I tried to take it out of the breakfast area. I understand the rule to prevent excessive takeaway, but I felt a little flexibility could be applied for small items. The rooms at Henann Tawala are impressive—spacious with great bathrooms and lovely balconies. Among the best we’ve stayed in, they’re comparable to high-end hotels like Radisson Blu in Cebu or Seda Ayala Central Block. The reception staff were incredibly helpful. They arranged a reasonably priced van for our trip to Tagbilaran, and the driver was punctual, providing a comfortable ride. He even dropped us off at the right spot for catching a van to Anda at the Dao Bus Terminal. One nice perk of staying here is the short walk to Henann's beachfront property, where you can use the sun loungers shaded by palm trees and enjoy drinks served by the staff. However, you can’t use the pool there, and you need to pick up towels from Henann Tawala before heading to the beach. The beach is beautiful, but there are quite a few hawkers selling tours, which can be a bit of a nuisance. We found better deals on Facebook. The sea is warm, though there’s a fair amount of seaweed. I’d recommend snorkeling to watch your step, as there are starfish and possibly sea urchins. We only swam once. If you buy mangosteen from beach vendors (150-200 pesos), check for ants, as one of our bags was full of them! Just outside the hotel’s main gates, there’s an ATM and a laundry shop that charges around 400 pesos for 5 kg, returning clothes washed, dried, and folded by 5 pm. It’s much cheaper than the hotel’s laundry service. We also tried the Kajun Restaurant nearby, which offers excellent chicken sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes in an American diner style. On the beachfront, our favorite restaurant was the Oasis Resort’s upstairs bar and restaurant, which has a cooling breeze and a great view of the beach. Every dish we tried was fantastic, and we highly recommend it. While our stay at Henann Tawala was wonderful, Panglao itself felt quite touristy. There were many Korean tourists, and a lot of locals trying to sell tours and services, which sometimes felt overwhelming. Prices were higher than we expected, especially for things like tricycles, which cost 150 pesos per person compared to the 12 pesos we paid in the provinces. Restaurant prices were also inflated, and even basic supplies came at a premium. If you prefer a quieter, more authentic experience, I’d recommend visiting somewhere like Anda. It has a more laid-back, provincial vibe, with friendlier locals and a slower pace of life, making it a peaceful alternative to the busy, touristy atmosphere of Panglao.

la stanza aveva molte molle nel bagno che potevano essere facilmente pulite con un liquido di pulizia del bagno. il cabinetto aveva un pezzo di qualcosa come un termite. il carro usato per il servizio in camera era molto polveroso. il vento dell'aria condizionata chiaramente non è stato pulito per anni dal accumulo di polvere grigia di 0.25 pollici nel vento. La stanza che abbiamo soggiornato era vicino alla spiaggia pubblica. Era rumoroso nel giorno a causa dei gordi di spiaggia con altoparlanti karaoke Il personale è stato esemplificativo, ma occorre migliorare la pulizia

Era pieno della sensazione di un resort. Dato che è un posto tradizionale, potrebbe non avere la pulizia e la raffinatezza di un nuovo resort, ma... La meravigliosa vista della piscina di fronte al mare era un luogo dove potevi sentirti guarito solo guardandola, anche se c'era molto vento. Tutto il personale si è preso cura del nostro programma fino alla fine e si è persino offerto di permetterci un check-out posticipato. Tutta la mia famiglia era felice mentre ero lì ^^ Visiterò di nuovo quando visiterò di nuovo Bohol.

Location, excellent Cleanliness overall excellent Swimming pool excellent Miscellaneous services: laundry service, gym, and other helpful services excellent Restaurant. Overall, very good to excellent menu. Suggestion: fresh drip coffee or a fresh espresso machine rather than capsules. Also, vegan/Vegetarian options would be appreciated. There is definitely a market for it. Small suggestion: “Some” staff find it hard to smile. A smile always makes everyone happy, including customers. Overall, staff and management are friendly and professional. Minor maintenance requested for the bathroom during the 10 days I was here was not taken care of. It doesn’t matter what it is. But I did expect it to be taken care of since I stayed here for a while and I mentioned it a couple of times to them. I am sure (or at least hope) they will take care of it eventually though. One thing, though I highly recommend: the shower floor is very slippery. Even with water and no soap it becomes quite slippery. I have to be very careful. It’s a very minor thing to take care of but extremely important because safety is paramount. I had to wear my swimming shoes in the shower to make sure I don’t slip. I didn’t mention it to them on the second day and asked for some solution like a nonslip mat, etc., but they did not provide it.  I did appreciate it that they let me stay over an hour extra to finish packing on my last day without extra charge. I’ve been coming to the Philippines for over 10 years. I stayed in many provinces and many hotels. This is the best one by far and is highly recommended. Hopefully they will keep their prices reasonable for future. For the money, I think it’s definitely the best you can get as compared to many other places in the Philippines. I would deduct two or three points only for a couple of things I mentioned above. I would give this hotel a 4.7 out of five stars.
