十分整潔，純白色設計非常優雅。 位置稍為偏僻，但風景怡人。 非常合適渡假散心，但由於靜香馬路旁，打開窗戶是夜晚有點嘈吵但整體10分英倫風非常舒服！

What a horrible place. No elevator and no parking. We had booked 2 nights and they assigned us to a 3rd floor room. Carrying our 3 bags up narrow and steep stairs is not for the weak but it will make you weary. Parking on the street only and pay at the machine. Well the first 3 machines don’t accept cash or card and want you to pay by the app. The 4th machine accepts coin but no card. We downloaded the app but never got the security phone call to verify our application (we were using a US and French numbers). Being a weekend we couldn’t go elsewhere. Maybe one of the worst checkin experiences ever.

We have stayed here before, the hotel is modern the rooms are very clean and have everything you need, including kettle with tea and coffee sachets the bathroom is clean and the walk in shower is great, the reception area is nice and the staff are very friendly they can’t do enough for you

Really lovely hotel, spotless and modern with very friendly staff. There was an issue with our blocked sink and the heating but after speaking to the lovely manager when I got home (there was nobody on reception when we left) it was all sorted with an apology and a refund. We will definitely stay here again.

Apart from the direct access to the local taxi just by pressing a button, and a taxi appears minutes later Nothing really is worth mentioning, no bar or I should say staff manning it! No food served on site, you have to pre order breakfast, which is served at a local restaurant (the farm kitchen) 5 mins walk away. My room (room 9) very basic, not sure why the table where tea coffee and kettle was, had no plug. That was on other side of the room, on which the kettle only just fitted on the narrow shelf Room 9, first floor but no lift 2 staircases. Other point marble steps at the entrance, do if its rain be careful, as the door to the hotel opens outwards Not sure if staffing levels but front desk was not manned at all times during my 3 night stay, so your room key is the front door key also

Broken toilet seat, was told it’s the weekend so won’t be repaired, no shower screen so water poured onto floor making it slippery and hazardous, bedside shelf missing, no heating and was told it’s on timer! Freezing cold room. All permits for parking had been allocated, asked for water but was told all sold out! We have stayed here twice before and not had an issue and rooms were clean and tidy, however after this stay we will no longer be going back

Clean marble steps up to the front door; these will be very slippery when wet. Clean reception area with what looked like a bar area, although it was not manned at all. I checked in with ease, given two cards for the room door, one of these is used to put into the slot on the wall next to the door to activate the electricity. No food served on site. If you want breakfast you have to purchase a ticket for £12.95 from reception then take it to the Farm Kitchen approximately 5 minutes walk away. If you want to travel out of the local area there is direct access to the local taxi just by pressing a button on reception and a taxi appears minutes later. I was given room 9, on the second floor, three flights of stairs, no lift. It has a threshold step that I found coming out of the room. Looking at other rooms it appears to be the only one that has the step. The room very basic, and clean. There is a single bed, the mattress is very hard, and a shelf with the refreshments tray on it. There is no plug socket nearby so I had to put the kettle on the table next to the bed to use the plug socket there. The front door is locked at 23:00 hours (11pm), so your room key is the front door key too.

Basic but great value with good views and very friendly staff. Good for people on a budget. Understand new management have made changes. The hotel is very clean and well set out and the location is better than most.

This is not a luxury hotel. It is however in a good location and is clean and the service is good. The furnishings are adequate although our curtain was ripped and had brown mold at the top, the bathroom was nice and the bed was generally OK. The kitchen wasn't open so there wasn't any breakfast and the lounge was also closed. The parking consists of 2 spaces at the rear of the building. I would say it was adequate to average but defo not luxury.
