Went to the restaurant for my evening meal. As I didn’t reserve a table, I felt I was an inconvenience when asked if I had reserved a table. I was escorted at 20mph to a table the other end of the restaurant and then by the time I got to the table, the lady who escorted me said that there was a limited menu. That was no joke. I am vegetarian and the only thing on the menu I could have was a Salad. When I questioned was this correct, she said yes and apologised. I declined the food and went back to the Premiere Inn reception and asked for my meal deal money back. I spoke with the Manager and she told me that there was a national issue with all Whitbread restaurants with the supply of food. She kindly gave me a plate, so I could order a takeaway and eat in my room. Unfortunately, there was no Chinese takeaways that would be prepared to deliver to the Premiere Inn due to distance. I ended up ordering a Dominoes Pizza which took an hour to deliver. Eating at 9pm, was not my idea of eating at a reasonable time. I then decided to call Customer Services the day after to raise my disappointment. To my amazement, they wouldn’t speak with me unless I had my reservation number. I explained I was driving, but I was confident they could find me by my email address. This was declined and when I asked for a Mamager, they terminated the call. Now that’s Customer Service…NOT!

Very nice hotel, happily had a room upgrade and stayed in a wonderful room! Parking can be challenging, but not expensive in that area. Sea view is amazing!

Ci siamo abituati qui e ci siamo sposati anche Le camere erano molto confortevoli, pulite e amichevole anche il personale di accoglienza. Il matrimonio era favoloso non può ringraziare abbastanza per aver ordinato tutto il giorno perfetto 🩵. Tutti i familiari e gli amici che si sono fermati hanno detto che erano belle e bellissime camere. Il cibo era fantastico, nessuna lamentela, tutto era perfetto, e tutti i dipendenti che lavoravano quel giorno per il matrimonio vorrei anche ringraziarvi, tutti voi facevate un lavoro meraviglioso, Hayley da eventi era troppo grande per tornare a me quando ho chiesto 100 domande. 😆 e mi ha sempre tenuto aggiornato Non posso ringraziare il centro di vacanza a sudend abbastanza che hai fatto il nostro giorno perfetto ancora più perfetto

Slightly dated decore and the carpet could do with a clean but honestly we both had the best 2 day stay... really friendly staff food was delightful locals made us feel extremely welcome for sure when we visit again we will be staying here 😀 waking up to a sea view was fabulous 👌

Il condizionamento non funzionava, che era cattivo perché l'intera ragione per cui abbiamo prenotato questo hotel durante il calore era per un po'di condizionamento, ma il personale era bello e ci ha dato un fan, ma siamo ancora abbastanza annoiati La chiave della porta non era buona per tenere l'età al lavoro,
