Hotel a Southbank

"My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stayed in Oakwood Premier Hotel. The receptionist guy on Friday Morning, 10th Jan, was super nice, friendly and kind. He changed our room facing the city view. We went straight to the hotel after we arrive in Melbourne to put our luggage in their luggage storage because the check in start at 3pm. However, our room were already ready, so we managed to get some sleep and rest. The bed is so comfortable and we got a amazing view! So I really enjoyed our stay there for the whole time! What a great first travel experience in Melbourne! Surely, we will be back!"

"It is a really good 💯 experience in this apartment, quiet, clean, near Flinder street, easy access to the train station, in the middle of the free tram zone. The best part is with a gorgeous city view, especially the sunrise view, it will melt your heart and make your day."

"It seems the room has not been cleaned thoroughly. There is still dust in several areas, and the kitchen , oven and refrigerator do not appear very clean, as if they were not wiped properly. It also feels like the cleaning was done a little hastily, as I had to request garbage bags, dish soap, and cloths from reception. In addition, when the towels were replaced, they were not arranged neatly but left in a pile, which did not look very organized."

"La stanza era molto grande. Il balcone era a un livello dove non c'era nessun edificio che bloccasse la vista o il sole del pomeriggio - ma dovevamo pagare un'altra per questo. Il frigo non sembrava funzionare, almeno il congelatore non lo faceva. Quando mettono i gelati nel congelatore, si sono fusi, quindi ho girato il dischi per rendere più freddo e poi i frutti nel frigo congelano i nostri frutti. Non dovremmo davvero regolare le impostazioni del frigo/congelatore per funzionare. Anche il bagno continua a correre dopo che si è sfogliato, l'unico modo per fermare il flusso d'acqua è stato spingere il flusso un paio di volte in fretta."

"Great view of the skyline from the room. Clean room, comfortable beds. It's a bit of walk to the tram station. There is a supermarket closeby. No amenities for kids, but it's obviously not a family hotel"

"The hotel was what I expected, neat, clean, and overall pretty good. The staff we're great, most are Thai people, (probably the friendliest in the world 🌎) and nothing was a problem.... I did find the location...not ideal for what I had planned that night, (Pearl Jam at Marvel Stadium) but still, it was close enough so as not to be an issue."

"The stay was a great disappointment. The basic amenities were not maintained properly. It was winter the temperature was below 10 degrees celsius the living room window latch is faulty resulted in slightly ajar and cold wind leaking into the room we tried to close the door between the living room and bed room to prevent the leaking cold winds blowing into the bed room but too bad the door was faulty it could not close. Few other amenities were faulty the living room TV got no signal and the bed room safe is faulty not able to lock. We reported this and asked for a room change unfortunately they told us the room was fully booked they will have someone to fix the faulty amenities for us. But I got to give credit to them, they did remedy the faulty windows latch and door, also fix the TV signal when we are back in the late evening. Well, it's not the guest responsibilities to pre check the basic amenities and the hotel management should have SOP replacement plan for contingency like this and not have a sellout room. For me I would not stay again for sure. Thanks."

"La stanza è molto comoda, il servizio è molto buono, e è relativamente perfetto per tutti gli aspetti delle strutture sanitarie e ambientali, perché è un numero maggiore di viaggi a casa, abbiamo prenotato quattro camere matrimoniali."

"Unfortunately I booked 3 rooms when we arrived one of the rooms was cancelled I was not sure why. It took away a little bit of the experience as our daughters were with us one had just got married that day, anyway besides this the stay was good."
