Home has been recently updated with all new appliances and beds. With newly installed heat pump and central AC, this cottage is the perfect beach getaway for any season. Living area, kitchen, and bathroom located on the first floor. Both bedrooms located on the second floor.
Looking to accommodate more than 5 guests? We have another home (4 bedroom, 2 bath) directly next door to this property that sleeps an additional 9 guests.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please read the house manual upon check in as it contains pertinent information regarding your stay at our home such as trash pickup day, etc..No smoking or vaping of any kind permitted.,Wednesday at 8:00 am trash pickup begins and all trash must be bagged, no exceptions.
