UUtente anonimoLayanan hotel sangat bagus, lokasi sangat strategis ditengah kota, kebersihannya bagus banget, staf ramah ramah, oke semua deh layanannya, kamar juga oke fasilitas lengkap banget, tempat parkir juga luas dan suasananya engga yang rame bising gitu engga, selama nginep disana tenang nyaman oke lah pokoke worth it sama harganya, cuman minus di tv aja ya belum dapet tv android dengan harga segitu mungkin bisa ditingkatin lagi biar bisa ntn film atau lain lainnya gitu bakalan lebih asik dan betah

UUtente ospiteWe stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

AapdilaaSono rimasto solo per una notte. Il suo nuovo hotel rinnovato tutto bene amo tutto l'interno ma purtroppo sento la polvere rinnovata ancora sul pavimento. Idk la sua solo me bcs Sono così sensibile alla polvere. Ma il letto è così comodo, soprattutto la cucina, ho dormito bene anche se ero malato. L'AC funzionava bene, anche se mi spengo il tbe AC posso ancora sentire il freddo. In generale, ho fortemente raccomandato questo hotel se visitate semarang! Oh, sì, la sua lima molto vicina a simpang, quindi si può solo camminare intorno 100m. Buona posizione!

LLadiersBuona posizione, hotel secondo il prezzo, nessun ascensore quindi è necessario utilizzare le scale, il personale è amichevole e gentile, camera 202 condizionatore d'aria non è freddo, chiedere un cambio di camera, lavorato rapidamente e una buona risposta, Raccomandare Sekai che vuole andare a Semarang con un piccolo bilancio può davvero cercare di rimanere qui
