Our stay here has been excellent. We did not expect the high quality of the service and room from a ”budget ” stay. Cynthia, our front desk check-in person was outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. She knew we were leaving before breakfast and brought muffins, oranges and water to our room shortly after we checked in. The room was modern and clean with great hot water. The airport driver was attentive and friendly too. I have stayed in 5-star hotels and didn't experience hospitality like this. Kudos to Cynthia and this franchise!

My wife and I came to Portland Maine to visit family. We stayed at the Sheraton Sable Oaks and we were very pleased we did. I would like to thank Chris Merriam Exec Chef for his kind and generous hospitality. What a gentleman! Meg Poulin Sales Manager happened to come by our table just to say hello. Imagine that? And Suzie our waitress took very good care us. Through our conversations we determined that between the three of these wonderful people there was over 90 years of hospitality expeience at this single property. Can you imagine? That ”is” the testament of this matchless property. We...will...be staying there again. Thank you all

I arrived on May 24, just in time to get unpacked and settled before going to dinner. The bed was comfy, and I had no problem using the walk-in shower. The only real problem was the air conditioning, whose cold air caused me to have goosebumps. Only when checking out was I informed that I could have changed to warm air by myself. I also liked using the pool table and the stationary bike, even though the seat was a bit high. I only wish there had been a pool and hot tub. All things considered, it was a perfect retreat for three days and nights.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Home2 Suite in PA che era immacolato e sorprendente. Ci aspettavamo che lo stesso standard fosse trovato qui. No!! Abbiamo letteralmente camminato dentro e fuori da qui! Questa non dovrebbe nemmeno essere chiamata Hilton correttamente. E' vergognoso. Questa proprietà dell'hotel è assolutamente disgustosa! Non dimenticate per un momento che ascoltate gli aerei non si fermano e che le finestre e le pareti sono sottili come carta. Il ghiaccio sul torto è la varietà di mobili rotti seduti nella sala fuori dall'ascensore .... che porta alla sala (siamo stati al terzo piano) che odore come qualcuno usava un caso di Febreze piuttosto che davvero pulire qualsiasi cosa. Mi ha fatto saltare una migrena immediatamente, era orribile, e come faccio a sapere che nulla era pulito? Perché quando sono entrato nella nostra stanza era evidente. Il vento climatizzato si ruotava così forte che si era preso il suono degli aerei che andavano via, e non c'era modo che la mia famiglia potesse stare in questa stanza e dormire. Quando abbiamo portato il condizionatore d'aria molto alto (non nemmeno menzionato il molo o l'odore nella sala) al desk front e chiesto se qualcuno potesse ridere, la persona al desk front rideva di mio marito. Gli rise letteralmente. Servizio clienti orribile. Noi ci rifiutiamo di rimanere qui, e abbiamo trovato un altro hotel (molto pulito e tranquillo, posso aggiungere!) per rimanere a. Questo posto è un dumping totale. Oltre alla grande dimensione della stanza, non c'è altro posto che andare per loro. Controlla le suite di Homewood di Hilton a Scarborough invece.

While not being a dive,I certainly expected better for $160/night. The entry is nice as is the main part of the room. The pillows are tiny for the queen bed. My main complaint is the bathroom. It's tiny, maybe 5 ft x 5 ft. Opening the door will hit who ever is on the toilet. No bath just a shower which is ok. However there are no shelves in the shower stall. So your toiletries and wash cloth have no where to go but the floor. Then there's the random unidentified smears of something on the shower walls....blood, feces, grime? Not sure, could be any. Only to be topped of by the black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. We choose this one do to location near the airport and free shuttle but there are several others to choose from. We should have looked harder.

My husband and I spend one night at the Casco Bay Hotel as part of a trip to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel has a convenient location if you have a car. The staff was courteous and check-in was fast. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was adequate, but limited. The breakfast area was small. Parking is free which is very convenient. Overall, a very good experience.
