I stayed at this resort on March 14 and 15 in one of their two-bedroom condominiums, and my experience with the front desk staff, particularly Ms. Welch, was extremely disappointing. When I checked in at night, I was given two parking permits for two cars, but no one informed me that one was for inside parking and the other for outside. In the dark, I didn’t notice any difference. The next morning, I was shocked to find a wheel clamp on one of my cars. When I approached the front desk for help, Ms. Welch was incredibly cold and indifferent. She refused to contact the manager and simply told me I had to pay the fine. When the manager finally came, instead of resolving the issue professionally, they were rude, accused me of lying, and showed no willingness to listen. To make matters worse, they only accepted card payments for the fine and refused to take cash, making the whole situation even more frustrating. The way they handled this situation was completely unprofessional, and the manager’s behavior was unacceptable. I will never return to this place and will make sure my friends and family avoid it as well. While the condominium itself was clean and well-maintained, the lack of facilities (no café, lounge, or breakfast area) makes the stay even less appealing. With such terrible customer service, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere!
