This hotel really needs to get refurbish，room is not clean and smell not so good. Air condition is very loud and the bathroom door cannot be closed.

Everything was good clean room comfortable bed nice staff but the Jacuzzi never got hot in our room. Everytime I stay there's an issue w the jacuzzi in our room other than that it was fun.

Great location with a short walk to the beach. Close to everything you need. We were given a room that had a huge pink stain on the curtain and a ripped couch cushion. We planed to stay for several days so this was unacceptable. After asking for a different room, we were given one. This one was clean.
Compared to other hotels, the breakfast offerings were very minimal. Amazing that this hotel is still using Styrofoam cups in 2024.
Hot tub was cold.

We had an amazing stay at The Ramada, as usual. The staff was very friendly and informative offering good advice as to what was happening in the area. Heated pool is a plus and the restaurant food was very delicious as well as the continental breakfast. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job switching us out towels, linen, and any other thing we needed. As a family of four and a pet, this place is definitely the go to.

Any time I see Cockroaches I say never again. Yes we saw them in our room. No two rooms are the same. We had not desk chair, they did. They had no was cloths, we did. We had one very small garbage can, the had 2 larger. We had no ice bucket, we had none.

No sofa sleeper. Refrigerator had broken shelves. Limited hot water. No water pressure. Room indicated slept 8 when only slept 4. Breakfast was overcrowded.

I would say the best part of this trip was the Continental Breakfast. Love Texas waffles and the worker there is such a cheerful energy. He gave us tips on where to take the kids. The worst part were the roaches in the room, sticky floors, and weird odor coming from the spare room. We ended up not using it. We were just there to fish then sleep so we didn't fuss but I don't think we would stay again.

Quiet and staff was great. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with our plans for our stay, but otherwise all was great!
