It was close to an event that I had at Isla Blanca Park. My coffee pot wouldn’t work & they brought me a new one, immediately. I liked having the outdoor heated pool. It was nice swimming in the warm water on the cool evenings. Very friendly staff.

To be a Holiday Inn facility, I was expecting better. There should be anything wrong with facility to be old, the thing it needs a lot of maintenance, elevator, parking, lobby, the pool areas, and of course the room where we stayed the water faucet form the sync the bath shower poor water pressure and faulty hardware. We arrived late night on our first of three nights reservation and we wanted to sleep in but oh surprise! the fire alarm went on in the building at 6 am and of course we woke up and ready to evacuate from the sixth floor, I looked over the window everything seemed normal, called front desk and I was told an apology and we were assured that everything was under control. The alarm stayed on for about 10 min! then went off and 15min later... it went on again!! Ok fire alarms are there for a safety reason and thank God there was nothing to worry about right? BUT THE FIRE ALARM WENT ON EVERY FREAKING MORNING WE STAYED THERE !!! That says a lot of how poor the building is maintained. I picked this place for location closed to the beach, but there is third party umbrella and chairs rental and there is a sign that price is $35...when I got to the guy in charge said the sign was supposed to be covered and the price was $70 dollars a day and only until 6p. We ate at the brunch there the first morning we stayed , not only was pricey... food was awful. Do not stay on this facility... no no.

The price you pay is not the quality you receive. No carpet in the room (at least not the one I was in), holes in the wall with cable line going through the walls. The room was big and the bathroom was extremely small. Barely room to move. Seems like you can take some of the empty space of the bedroom and utilize it for a comfortable bathroom.

Well the room was disgusting and had red stains on sheets and then the bathroom was leaking and rotting around toilet. The ocean was the best thing which I could only see if I went to pier

The hotel is located in a good location, but the reception around check-in time takes way too much time. There was also this weird smell around the pool area like a rotten animal or something. I did enjoy my stay though. The food is good as well.

It was right off the beach as it had stated. The staff was friendly and nice. The restaurants in Shopping work nearby. It would’ve been better if they had heaters over the bar coming down right side during the colder days and if the water was warmer and that part would’ve been perfect. We would stay again at this particular hotel.

We had many issues. The elevators worked sporadically. When climbing the 3 flights of stairs we still could not get in. The doors were locked and we had to bang on the door for someone to open the door from the inside. We only had one roll of toilet paper for 3 nights. No extra roll in the room for us. Service at bars was not great. Employees seemed overworked and not happy to be there.

Great stay awesome staff beach’s access 3 pools and a bar it’s awesome I highly recommend it

This was the worst hotel i have stayed at in 20 years. bad odors, floors had permanent stains, air condition parts were laying on the ground, tv had 4 channels and two were Spanish speaking only. they comped breakfast which was terrible, so we trashed it and went to another restaurant. my son refused to take a shower and we checked out at 8 am and went home. terrible experience and wouldnt stay there again for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: let me check in early, great wifi, overall nice updated rooms. Great ocean view. Comfortable beds. Plenty of outles. Cons: no outdoor balcony, front desk on check-in forgot to give me breakfast vouchers I paid for so I had to go back later to ask about them. Shower head old and low shower water pressure. Parking lot a little far from our building overlooking the ocean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the bathroom was small and the "beach towels" provided looked like one my of my overly used dish towels. The food was also excellent. I will go back!

Its slightly run down but a fair price for what you get. The staff are vary friendly and easy to talk to. If you are looking for a place for a family with young kids this probably isn't the place for that. 60 plus average ages

We had a stellar view of the gulf. Room was clean & spacious. Amentities overall are great. Location is great. When we checked in there was no map & we were not given clear directions on how to get to our building, which was not marked at all. Were not told if there was any maid service & we had no DND sign if we didn't want maid service. Maid service took away the extra towels we specifically had to ask for earlier in the day & in a double queen room we got 3 towels& 2 coffee cups. Bartenders were great (Jorge, Robert & Edgar).Pool was nice but small for as big as the resort is. Overall, would stay again.
