The Space Bahia Mar #851F is a great 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo. Walk down to the beach for the day or enjoy the sundeck overlooking the water at a deal for a price! The fully equipped kitchen has essential cookware and appliances for home-cooked meals on vacation to save money & hassles. The kitchen space flows to the living room features a flat-screen TV and a private balcony with views of the tropical grounds and one of the resort's two pools. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the sea breeze on the patio The master bedroom offers a King size bed and a flat-screen TV, with an en suite bathroom featuring a combination bathtub/shower. The guest room accommodates four additional guests with two Queen size beds and a flat-screen TV. We do provide a queen sized airbed & pump, just please bring extra bedding. We do allow up to 8 guests. The shared guest bathroom includes a stand-in shower. The condo also provides wifi/internet and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Standard cable is available for local news and sports Bahia Mar features resort-style amenities, including two newly remodeled tropical pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, private beach access, a playground, and a beachfront sundeck with seating to relax by the waves. The location on the northern side of the island is within walking distance to local attractions such as Sea Turtle Inc, Claytons Beach Bar, Bar Louie, Barry's, and Kelly's Irish Pub. Two free parking spots are included with gated security on site. We do manage multiple condos at Bahia Mar if you are planning a group family & friends trip. Contact us for more info! **Important Details** We are fully disclosing this before booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules, as well as submit a Docusign rental agreement contract with a photo ID to age verify. We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th, as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us we would love to hook you up if you qualify. We provide completely contactless entry via our E-locks, and operate locally as the property manager at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597. Door code is provided by 3 pm to the cell phone on file via text message day of check in. As professionally managed you can be assured of a very clean property. We do provide a basic starter of toiletries, soaps, trash bags dishwasher pods, etc - though not replenished nor unlimited so please plan accordingly. While we have the highest level of internet available from Spectrum, wifi connection on the island frequently goes out – please make sure you are aware of this as we cannot guarantee the ‘net’ – this is an Island  Important: Please read, agree, and understand all house rules prior to booking.
