Stained linen on bed. Bed frame of bed was broken. No ac in room. Loud upstairs. Parking is not designated to your room. No security on site or customer service available if needed.

Good clean room for two nights. Bed was decent but could use better pillows. My husband and I had room 11, it was upstairs and away from everyone. It was closest to the street so ambulance noise was amplified. If that bothers you, I would get a different room. The building is old, so it does need updating. The railing going downstairs is a bit wobbly. Also they need better doors. Restroom had no lock, and front door was flimsy with no top lock for more security. Motel is walking distance to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and close to the water. It is also a short drive from the mountain and everything else.

We couldn’t stay here for the night due to the quality of our room and the property being dirty, neglected, and dilapidated. The only reason we booked this hotel (motel) was due to its good reviews and hot tub. However, when we arrived, our room was completely outdated and dirty. The trim was chipped and cracked, the walls were stained, and the bathroom stripping was covered in cigarette stains. When we used the sink, it backed up and chunks of unknown material came out. After the outdated gas furnace heater made a loud and weird noise, we make an executive decision to ditch. Additionally, the hot tub and pool were completely neglected. It looks like they’ve been out of service since the last big snow due to the large weeds growing everywhere. I was really looking forward to this place. The pictures and reviews make it look like a lovely, quaint spot close to the beach. We wary of many of the reviews… I’m sure some of them are fake.

I loved my stay here. They call you the day your stay starts to give you the code for your room. They respond quickly to texts for any issues you have. The top floor has AC units but the bottom doesn't. They do provide a fan, but it was still a little stuffy for me. The room was very clean but I did find some leftover toothpaste on the bottom of a clear cup. I texted the manager and he brought us new cups right away. The lamp in between the beds didn't work. There were some cosmetic issues (i.e. holes/markings/shower leaking) but nothing to cause alarm. I believe it's just an old building that they'll fix up throughout time. It really is a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable. Closest beach is less than a 10 minute walk with so many activities for the water (jet skis/boats/parasailing). We even walked to another beach in less than 30 minutes. Food options are less than a 10 minute walk as well as shopping. Plenty of parking. You can text them to ask for more towels or room service and they respond quickly and do an amazing job. The price for the room was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.

nice hotel close to lake check in was easy and room was clean. there was no A/C but a fan was provided. Its within walking distance down to the lake and restaurants which was nice. We also played a little cornhole while there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.
