This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 4 if children are included. It cannot host more than four adults. This applies 24/7. Your rental includes using the boat slip, watercraft up to 25-foot, in the Marina and parking for two cars. Access to the pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and beach has a small daily/weekly fee for each person. Pets: 1 dog allowed w/ pre-approval (up to 35lbs), additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). This home does not have air conditioning. CDC-compliant cleaning & no-contact check-in. For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
