Questo hotel non sembra essere un hotel 5-star. Pulizia e buoni. Hotel rating is grossly over rated, even though the check-in staff explained it's a local 5 star hotel. Hotel has infrastructure of 5 star hotel but inside is lacking. 3 out of 4 lifts are in operation, the waiting time to take the lift is long. There's no hot water between 12mn to 3am everyday due to upgrading. The auto curtains motor buzz non stop even when you don't use it, it became a noise pollution in the room. Had to call the maintenance team to remove the power supply. No bath mat was provided and the shower water pressure is extremely low. Blown light bulb weren't replaced. Room soundproofing is bad, you can hear corridor & neighbor activities. From price point to value, better to bring your business to international 4 star hotel chain instead.

The hotel is located in the most strategic location of your aim to stay in the Kemang area South of Jakarta. Also this hotel is a very vibrant hang out place for many young people especially on weekends, which is why you should not choose it if you’re looking for peaceful sleep at night . The rooms are generally clean and provided with minimal amenities. Two big towels in each room but hand towels you need to ask otherwise they will not give you . Walls are in generally also too thin so you may have a chance to hear things that are happening next door or above your room ! My biggest problem with this Hotel is that the shower doesn’t really have Hot Water . It’s just little little bit warm and you have to turn off the Aircon in your room to avoid catch cold during and after shower . Their breakfast is excellent, the Nasi Goreng is famously known to be so delicious. I would still choose to stay here if it’s a short stay of 2 days but will not choose if it’s longer than that .

Everytime I visit Jakarta Gran Mahakam hotel is our preferred choice! Consitent good service, attentive staffs, clean and very good authentic local breakfast that changes everyday!

Le strutture dell'hotel erano di prima qualità. Mi sono particolarmente divertito con il delizioso buffet per colazione, che ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni fresche e deliziose. Le strutture in loco, tra cui la palestra e la piscina, sono state ben mantenute e hanno fornito un grande modo di rilassarsi.

The day here was outstanding. Super fast check-in thanks to Alung, who was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The staff were all very friendly and quick to help out, especially the cleaning services. The bathtub was a bit narrow in width but shower pressure was great and the bed was amazingly comfy. Would happily stay here again when visiting Jakarta!

Resta qui per una notte con la mia famiglia per il soggiorno. Adoriamo questo hotel anche se è un vecchio hotel ma comunque pulito e ben mantenuto. Molto tranquillo. Perché questo hotel in realtà è un business hotel, quindi non ci sono molte strutture per bambini. Anche la piscina non è grande ma quando soggiorno sicuramente non è affollata. Tutto il personale è gentile e cordiale. Grazie per aggiornare la mia stanza🙏🏻
