Service and friendliness of staff was excellent; it really helped to make the stay an enjoyable one. Location is convenient, in the centre of Jakarta and taxis are easily called to the hotel lobby whenever you want to get out and about for some sightseeing. Also, it is just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the nearby MRT station (Setiabudi) which is a good option for accessing Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia or Pacific Place Shopping Malls. Chillax restaurant street (10 minutes walk from hotel) also has some decent eating options if you want something outside the hotel. Good pool.

Stayed for 3 nights here and it was a wonderful experience. All staffs were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Room was spacious and kitchen was sufficiently equipped. We also had a private elevator and there’s Indomaret at the GroundFloor that makes it easy to get any daily necessities if you forgotten to bring it. Highlight was definitely the swimming pool. I love active vacation so this pool was more than enough to meet my expectation. The gym was quite nice as well, despite being rather old and some equipment already worn-out. It is also very close to Setiabudhi Astra MRT station, so no need to worry about odd/even car’s plate to go to Bundaran HI (Grand Indonesia or Plaza Indonesia shopping mall), or even to go to Senayan area. Very recommended if you’re looking for place to stay in SCBD area!

By far the most beautiful and crystal clean swimming pool 45M I ever experienced in Jakarta hotels. Staff members are very kind and cooperative.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The private elevator in our apartment provided a sense of security and convenience. All the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping personnel performed their duties diligently, ensuring our comfort. We did not encounter any issues or concerns during our stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

Suitable for any occasion, in my term it is memorable business trip, just stay here for few days but all my expectations are fulfilled. Staff are so friendly, room was spacious and clean, the food from incanto restaurant is just amazing. l'll be back for sure

Their response to my request is quite impressive. I asked them to arrange a birthday surprise, and they were able to make it happen, even though they didn't make any guarantees. The room is incredibly spacious and provides a high level of comfort. The cooking utensils are of excellent quality. One aspect that I find quite bothersome is the lack of communication regarding the rental of the water dispenser and the need for additional water gallon, kinda odd for me. In addition, the temperature of the hot water is not as high as expected. The bathroom is also quite flooded. The staff at that place were incredibly helpful. I might consider returning in the future, hoping for a more positive experience.
