The lobby atmosphere and staff were nice. However, the room was very dirty, which was disappointing. The sheets were stained, hair, and trash, so it's no wonder they said they hadn't changed them. The bath towels were brown, and the drain in the shower room smelled bad. The location is good, and the staff are nice, so it's a shame. I think they should clean it up, replace the bedding, and change the lights. Breakfast was about 5-6 kinds of non-spicy food, 3 kinds of fruit, and a drink. When I asked the front desk, they brought a hair dryer to my room.

The toilet need to renovate..place near to blok m and price is reasonable for budget hotel.

Pesan kamar non smoking tp adanya yg smoking, untung saja mamarnya tidak bau rokok yang menempel. Menitipkan barang sebelum check in dan check out juga sangat aman & ramah stafnya.

Dari segi pelayanannya oke, ramah, sopan, baik2 Lobby hotel wangi dan ada welcome drink Makanan untuk sarapan juga diganti setiap hari walaupun menu yg didisplay sedikit Rasa makanan oke Di depan hotel juga ada yang jual makanan berat, seperti mie ayam, soto (-) air kamar mandi baunya aneh (-) Keramik lantai yang dipake dikamar bukan yang licin, tapi bercorak jadi agak keset (-) netflix hanya ada di gedung baru (-) AC nya kurang dingin (-) lift kecil hanya muat 3 orang

iseng book yg tipe bunk bed karena paling murah, suprisingly nyaman khususnya buat yg udah biasa tidur di tipe kasur tingkat, dgn body dan tangga yg kokoh, berpagar serta safe space yg lebar jadi ga bikin takut jatoh kalo tidur nya kesana kemari. hanya saja agak sedikit berdebu, kaya abis kosong beberapa hari dan tidak dibersihkan dgn maksimal.
