Hotel very rundown, I paid RM1500 for 2N stay, paid king bed , when check in give me twin & room condition was bad

We had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Jakarta on the Weekend Escape package. It included access to the Executive Lounge, dinner, and breakfast, and everything exceeded our expectations. It was my wife's 30th birthday, and the team made the occasion truly special by surprising us with a complimentary birthday cake. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We were also traveling with our baby, and the hotel kindly provided a baby crib, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast brunch was outstanding, with a wide variety of Western dishes as well as an Indian menu, which we really appreciated. Everything was fresh and delicious. The Executive Lounge was one of the highlights of our stay. The food selection was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the unlimited cocktails during the evening made for a perfect experience. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and a kids' play area, making it an ideal destination for a family staycation. A big thank you to the entire JW Marriott Jakarta team for the warm hospitality and excellent service. We had a truly memorable stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Service was amazing here. Everyone was polite and helpful. Location was good as it was near the shopping malls and local eateries which were also excellent. Easy drop off and pickup with high security. They also have a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet but it is a must try.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The location is next to some food places and you can walk over to have meals. The nearest mall within walking distance is Lotte mall.

I stopped by late at night and saw a dirty bedding in the room, and apparently they tried to wash it, but without success. I think 5 stars are not acceptable for such a network. There was no mini bar and combs in the bathroom set in the room. The toilet doesn’t flush well. The rain shower doesn’t work. Of the pluses: beautiful view from the window, convenient location, delicious ice cream for breakfast. The lobby is beautifully decorated. And steel, I think that breakfast doesn’t reach 5 stars, where juices are written - it’s chemistry that you can’t drink. In general, the menu is Asian.

I enjoyed staying at your hotel. Large room , queen bed, sofa, working desk, big bathroom with big bathtub, shower separated from bathtub. Tea time with various snaks , cakes n drinks. Got 2 paxs of dinner. Breakfast is amazing at syahrendra resto, with various menu.
