I ws surprised. I booked b4 in the twin room but had baby cockroaches. Now in the superior king room it was comy and clean. I did not see any baby cockroaches. I wl book and come back again. Terima kasih

Location was super! Lots of cafes around. Cleanlines was okay, however we found some cockroaches crawling around 😭😭😭 also I think they need to replace the towels.

All good. Many shops, MRT station and shopping malls with walking distance. Will come back again.

Some of the bed linen had holes and stains on them, same with the towels. The toilet door couldn’t close. My full name was leaked to a stranger who used it to get free breakfast. The room was quite small and narrow compared to the size of the bed. To open a suitcase you would have to block the path to the bathroom or the window. There were bugs in the room constantly. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was still dust on the floor in one of the corners. The desk was crooked like it was about to fall off the wall if enough pressure was put on to it. The breakfast was barely continental with only white bread, waffles and one type of cereal provided in terms of western food. Some of the crockery had black spots on them, so I had to wipe them first before using them.

Male staff is not smile , greet and friendly especially front desk..

The room is quite good, clean, and the best part is location.

Location is good and staff was friendly. However, they have the weirdest bathroom layout I have experienced. The positioning of the toilet was so tight to the wastafel that there is literally no space in between. You have to first sit and then turn your knee underneath the wastafel to be able to sit properly.
