This LAKE FACING unit is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps six adults with a king-size bed in the master bedroom. a set of twin beds in the spare BR and a pullout queen size couch in the living area. All appliances has been recently replaced and the kitchen redecorated! This condo is considered to have one of the best Coastline views in the complex and maybe the whole town!! The unit is both poolside and beachside and it features unbeatable sunsets and coastal views while sitting within the unit. The private pool is just steps away from your bed and the private beach(NO ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING - 21 stairs on the parking lot side and 35 stairsteps on the pool/terrace/beach/grills side). The complex is next to a city Park which allows superior coastline lake and dunes views and just a short walk from the quaint downtown of South Haven where there are plenty of shops and great little restaurants and Breweries. This historical town (founded in 1833) has two light houses guiding pleasure boats to the multiple marinas scattered along the Black river which runs through this idyllic town. It takes only 20 minutes to drive from South Haven to Saugatuck, 30 minutes to Holland, two plus hours to Chicago and three hours to Detroit. South Haven, not just a summertime destination!!
