Hotel in zona Ulta Pulta Museum, Goa Sud

Un soggiorno assolutamente piacevole. Raccomando molto questo posto a tutti e soprattutto a coloro che cercano di rilassarsi e di rilassarsi dalla spiaggia. Non ***y posti in India sono come questo. Le strutture e il personale sono tutti di prima vista. Molto professionale e gentile. Hanno curato tutte le nostre esigenze senza esitazioni. C'è un bel giardino per camminare la notte, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e guardie di sicurezza in entrambe le uscite. Il resort aveva una vasta varietà di cibo, con diversi ristoranti da scegliere, anche se forse un po' troppo costoso rispetto a ristoranti altrettanto buoni vicino. In generale, vorrei che avessimo rimasto un po'piu', ma avessimo già prenotato i voli. Certamente tornerò quando torno a Goa.

We stayed in Alila a few days back to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we had an amazing experience. We had booked a standard room and they were kind enough to upgrade us to their loft room which was beautiful and nicely decorated. They had made a birthday decor on the bed and a cake was kept for her. The hospitality of the staff is incredible and very rarely u get to see that nowadays. The guest relations host Velecia kept checking on us to see if we were settled and if everything was well with us. We were even given a late checkout when asked. The breakfast was also very good and ambience is nice and serene. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a peaceful break!

We stayed at Azaya Beach Resort, Goa, for two nights with my spouse and daughter. While the property has some positives, there were a few issues that made our stay less enjoyable than expected. Positive Points: Dinner on both nights was a highlight, with delicious and well-prepared meals. The resort provided sand toys for our daughter, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Negative Points: The promised refreshment kit was not provided, which was a disappointment right from the start. The Tata Sky service wasn't working, leaving us without TV entertainment. The property faced significant issues with the hot water system, which meant no hot water was available during our stay. This also made the bathtub unusable. We noticed water leakage from the bathroom, which added to the inconvenience. Despite booking a room for three, we were only provided with two towels and one hand towel. There was no Good Knight mosquito repellent machine in the room, which is essential given the surrounding trees that attract mosquitos. The path lights weren't working when we went for dinner, making it difficult to navigate. Breakfast on the first day was quite poor, although it did improve on the second day. Additional Observations: This resort seems to be more suited for couples rather than families. The bathrooms lack latches, which can be uncomfortable when staying with kids. After we raised our concerns, the resort upgraded us to a better room, and the services noticeably improved, which we appreciated. Value for Money: 6/10 Location: 9/10 (The beachside location is fantastic, with direct access from the resort.) A special mention to Mrs. Sanjana Pednekar (Guest Relations Manager), who ensured that all our feedback was addressed. Overall, our stay at Azaya Beach Resort was memorable, with a mix of highs and lows. The property itself is beautiful, but some service aspects could use improvement.

Booked to stay here for 3 nights in February. On arrival we were told that you could only get wifi in the lobby and there was no WiFi in the room. My wife needed WiFi in the room to be able to work. Hotel staff tried to get us WiFi access but alas it could not be done. There was only us and another couple of people staying at the hotel but we given a small room overlooking the car park. We complained and were given a lovely room overlooking the river Sai. Ate in the restaurant and the food was good and we were served by a very polite waiter who attended to our every need. Due to the lack of WiFi we had to check out after 1 night which was disappointing. Sorry but we will not be coming back.

Meraviglioso Resort collocato a Canacona Beach, nella parte meridionale dello Stato di Goa. Camere ampie, con zona giorno e notte unite. Bagno spazioso con Doccia e Vasca da Bagno. Breakfast eccellente anche se alle 7.30 a.m. (orario di apertura) non sempre era pronta la macchina del caffè, i dolci ed altri piatti da preparare al momento. . Staff ben organizzato, gentile e premuroso. Connessione Wi-Fi buono anche se ogni tanto il segnala andava e veniva. Servizio in camera efficiente. Piscina ben organizzata, con possibilità di usufruire servizio Bar e Pranzo. SPA eccellente con proposta di diverse offerte. Non usufruito campo di golf. Spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi.
