I highly recommend this Hotel for all families with Kids. We could spend 5 days at the property as they have a Big Pool, Play Room for kids, Two restaurants and a vast space to walk around with cats roaming. Its a pet friendly property. They have various activites lined up for kids and adults each day. The best part was the care each staff would offer. a special mention to the incharge of RUMPUS, Mr. Hirendra, Joanne, Trisha and Abigail who gelled so well with our kids. Joanne was there to see us off too. We too could spend time at the centre playing chess, puzzles, carrom or PS for those who like it. I could freely let my kids go around without supervision. The room service would promptly bring water and towels each time we returned from the beach. the beach is a 5 min walk but they provide TUk tuk for the same. I have no complaints and would pick this for all the times of our goa visit. Thanks Team Heritage!

I took John some if my mums rings I inherited, he used the gold and the diamonds to redesign a beautiful ring which I wear a lot. Also my Mum had left my neice her wedding band, the gold was used to make her a lovely wedding ring set with diamonds. I also had a silver moon necklace set with a small diamond made and took lots of gold and silver items for my family to be repaired and had all my white gold re rhodium and cleaned. Everything was reasonable prices and a great service

John Anchairi the jeweller based in the hotel has the most stunning jewellery. He has made several pieces for me and his work is flawless. We asked him to make earnings to replace ones I ha lost and not only did they exactly match the design of the necklace that went with the earrings but he made them so that the butterfly on the back would not accidentally fall off. I would highly recommend all of his work

John has made a number of rings for me over the years. They are beautifully designed and were reasonably priced. I know many other people who have been delighted with John's service, too. Looking forward to coming to Goa again in December and am taking an antique brooch for John to repurpose into earrings and a ring. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place in so many ways, great level of service, Wonderful food and if you need any jewellery making or designing speak to John who is an master of his profession and has some Wonderful pieces that stand out from the crowd all at a good price. Once you have had a great holiday a little memento from John brings back the joys of your time in Goa and especially Heritage Village

My husband and I have been coming to the Heritage for several years. Lots of things draw us back, the friends we’ve made, the lovely atmosphere, comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, fantastic service and gorgeous food. Another attraction to mention is John the Jeweler. His designs are innovative: just tell him what you’d like and give him a few days! I’ve had some unique pieces made at very reasonable prices. Looking forward to January very much

Beautiful, friendly hotel, everything about this hotel is amazing, beach just down the road or get the hotel tutu there, visit John the Jeweler in the garden he is amazing, his jewelry is out of this world, all in all you want be disappointed with your visit to this hotel

What a fantastic little gem of a hotel. It was a surprise getaway for my wife's 50th birthday, and without knowing much about the area, we took a little gamble - but it paid off big time! The hotel was really clean and tidy, the rooms were comfortable, and the gardens were spectacular. Food was great and the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, who were extremely polite and helpful. They looked after us with fantastic attention and care, and made the holiday extremely relaxing. We did one excursion whilst we were there to see the crocodiles, and that was a great day out! On site there is a little shopping arcade, but also a local jeweller John, who had some amazing gemstones, and lovely jewelry with unusual stones and designs. My wife liked one ring he had, but wanted different stones in it. He made my wife a ring with white gold and Tanzanite within 2 days, and she hasn't taken it off to date! Overall I would recommend the resort if you like a quieter hotel and family friendly area. I WILL be back!

The bedroom was big, and the bed was big and comfortable. The food was great with non-spiced options. Close to a beach to enjoy the sunsets. Has a small but functional gym. The staff was super kind and friendly. Overall was a pleasant stay in Goa :)
