I took my mommy for a short trip at Goa. I happen to select this property since I had explored Postcard property at Velha. Postcard is known for it's genuine hospitality, tasteful food and comfortable premium accommodation. Sahaj Arora, Soam, Pandurang ji, Kushant Chef, Aditya and Vishal are bestest amongst the hospitality providers.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in all of my travels! I was visiting India when my friend suggested we stay at this hotel in South Goa. The hotel is an old Portuguese style house renovated with just 6 rooms, and the interiors were absolutely gorgeous. I have never encountered a hotel that messaged me check-in or check-out was any time during the day, as long as they know about it! My stay was in May, so it was one of the hottest times of the year. While the hotel has some air conditioners in some of the common rooms, not every room (like the main hallway, the room with the billiard table, etc) has AC, so I did stay in my guest room the most. My friend had inquired about a second bed (probably through the corporate customer service of Postcard hotels) before our stay, to which the hotel said it would be an extra charge, which we were completely fine with. But upon arriving, the Cuelim branch didn’t know of this (there was probably a little miscommunication), and Ranjan, the resort manager, offered a second bed on the hotel. Right away I felt very grateful to the staff for accommodating us on such short notice. What really blew me away was the care and hospitality from all of the staff though. I actually arrived on my birthday (but it wasn’t like I told the hotel). During check-in, they needed a passport copy. After going out and returning to the hotel later that day, I was blown away when they presented a beautiful birthday cake and a large Happy Birthday sign! I was also a bit sick when I was there, and when the hotel staff noticed, they made me a cup of hot toddy during my stay, which was completely thoughtful and caring. On another day when I was lounging in the pool, one of the staff members thoughtfully offered me a freshly opened coconut for coconut water! And on one of the days after returning from the hotel room, I was given a mini boat in a glass souvenir that says Goa. The meals there (they serve breakfast lunch and dinner all cooked to order) were amazing, and I didn’t feel like I needed to go out of the hotel to have delicious Goan food. All of the hotel staff made me feel so special and welcomed it really was the highlight of my trip to India. Thank you so much to Ranjan and everyone there, and I definitely would love to stay here again when I visit Goa!

We had a fantastic experience at the Postcard Cuelim. It's located in the quaint village of Cuelim. From the warm welcome to the hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was outstanding—every meal was a highlight, with fresh ingredients and amazing local flavours. The service and hospitality is the best, every detail was taken care of with warmth and care. There is a very personal touch to everything. The beach is just a 10-minute cycle ride away, which made for a lovely outing. Highly recommend Postcard Cuelim for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with top-notch service and excellent food!

Immaculate experience. Stay here to believe it. Can't get any better than this. The property manager, Sahaj is doing a wonderful job. His team, Mr Pandu and the entire staff goes a notch above than expected. The food is wonderful too , especially the veg thali . I will be back soon .

An Accommodation in 350 yr old bungalow + service + care takers + food + food quality + personal attention = all consolidating to one rating is 5 out of 5. It is not a commercial hotel and is a place known for it's signature personlised services. I took my mother [ Sr citizen] this time to experience the unexplored areas of Goa. More than me, it was my mother who enjoyed her stay and found deputed persons and property welcoming. It is a self earned experience unique to every individual staying at the Postcard. Sahaj Arora, Som, Pandurang ji, Kushant (Chef), Aditya, Vishal - all are great humans and served with an open heart and ever smiling faces. The Postcard Cuelim is one of the finest hotel we have ever stayed in. My son and I had an exceptional experience. Mr. Sahaj and his team exceeded our expectations by making us feel truly special. The food was excellent, and the ambience was exquisite. We eagerly anticipate staying with The Postcard again in the near future.
