VVG travellerI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Colva, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail that this hotel offers. Here are some highlights from my stay:
1. **Exceptional Staff**: The staff at Courtyard by Marriott truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
2. **Excellent Cleanliness**: The hotel maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. My room was spotless, and the common areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and pool, were immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for guests.
3. **Proximity to the Beach**: One of the best features of this hotel is its closeness to Colva Beach. Just a short walk away, the beach is easily accessible, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset view. The convenience of being so close to the beach added a special touch to my stay.
4. **Comfortable Rooms**: The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the surroundings. It was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
5. **Dining Options**: The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, both local and international. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide range of options to suit every palate.
Overall, my stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Colva, was nothing short of fantastic. UUtente ospiteYes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice.
The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived.
The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack.

DDanielUn soggiorno assolutamente piacevole. Raccomando molto questo posto a tutti e soprattutto a coloro che cercano di rilassarsi e di rilassarsi dalla spiaggia. Non ***y posti in India sono come questo. Le strutture e il personale sono tutti di prima vista. Molto professionale e gentile. Hanno curato tutte le nostre esigenze senza esitazioni. C'è un bel giardino per camminare la notte, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e guardie di sicurezza in entrambe le uscite.
Il resort aveva una vasta varietà di cibo, con diversi ristoranti da scegliere, anche se forse un po' troppo costoso rispetto a ristoranti altrettanto buoni vicino.
In generale, vorrei che avessimo rimasto un po'piu', ma avessimo già prenotato i voli. Certamente tornerò quando torno a Goa.

CCLAUDIAWhen we arrived (me and my older teenage daughter and son) we were so disappointed… the hotel seemed hold, not clean, very small, not 4*. The room was small, especially considering we needed one extra bed.
We stayed 6 nights and all these bad experiences we’re compensated by the way we were treated. From the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t keep his name), to the bellboy Summit, to the restaurant staff especially during breakfast and at the egg corner, people would go out of their way to make our stay a better one. They even changed us for a bigger room without extra payment, as soon as they had one available.
Although I don’t think it’s a 4* property, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed.
The beach is a 5 min walk and the Colva Beach Village (with shops and restaurants) a 10-15min walk. Plenty of taxis if you don’t feel like walking.

La colazione era decente, ma abbiamo trovato disappunto i pasti, soprattutto il risotto che era stato consegnato freddo e poi apparentemente microonde quando abbiamo sottolineato questo.
Abbiamo assistito a una celebrazione della piscina di Sao Joao che è stato un po' deludente, si suppone che sia iniziata a 12.30 ma le decorazioni erano ancora in aumento alle 1pm.
La cosa più deludente è stata quando siamo arrivati molto presto a causa di un treno notturno che arriva quattro ore prima, ma non siamo offerti quanto un bicchiere d’acqua e quando abbiamo chiesto se i nostri sacchetti potevano essere immagazzinati mentre abbiamo comprato colazione ci siamo detto di no e solo per mangiare. La maggior parte del personale che abbiamo affrontato era amichevole.

JJCReally badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

È lungo la strada dalla spiaggia. Meno di 5 minuti a piedi. È sotto nuovi proprietari e hanno fatto un lavoro meraviglioso, rendendolo un luogo felice e bellissimo per rimanere. La mia camera era grande con un letto confortevole e aveva un bel balcone che guardava in paesaggi pacifici. C’è una piscina, che è fantastica quando la spiaggia si riscalda troppo. E’ circondato da giardini lussuosi e bellissimi verdure.
Ho mangiato colazione ogni giorno nel loro piccolo ristorante, e il cibo e il servizio erano di prima qualità. 😁

La colazione è servita e hanno un menu standard (nessun buffet), il ristorante è ok, tuttavia il cibo è eccellente . Non hanno internet, è stato dichiarato in modo errato sulle strutture. Prima di controllare, ho dovuto cambiare la mia stanza, la prima stanza era molto cattiva, bagno fuga, stanza impurita, asciugamani e letto. Ho dovuto fare un po' di rumore.
